Very rustic country style living. Superb for family outing and a pure English countryside and farm stay experience.
Highly recommended for city dwellers/urbanites looking for a place to unwind, relax and recharge !
Friendly operator/manager with good advice for great seafood restaurant for dinner.

On arrival we drove down a path to be greeted with lovely wide open countryside with horses in the fields and a beautiful old farmhouse With parking onsite We were greeted by our very friendly host and were shown to our room after being offered a cup of tea The bedroom was wonderful with crisp white sheets and was immaculately clean light and airy The bathroom was spotless clean with lots of soft fluffy towels and lots of lovely toiletries The shower was perfect This is our new go to place when visiting this area A definite 10/10

Stayed here for one night coming back from Cornwall and it was excellent. A very friendly welcome, with the option of a tea or coffee if wanted, a comfortable bed (which made for a good night’s sleep), everything you needed in the room and lovely views over the lawn (complete with baby bunnies) and fields. Breakfast was cooked to order, coffee was strong and more toast than you could eat. Overall a great place to stay!

We checked in early and met the host Delia who was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. We both had a fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was great and they even had fresh grounded coffee. We woukd really recommend Mill Farm B&B as a great friendly immaculate clean place to stay.

Booked an overnight stay at Mill Farmhouse after rugby in Exeter. Well signposted, easy to find & ample safe parking. I had previously asked if an early check in was possible due to travel arrangements and this was sorted very easily. Warm welcome on arrival with a fresh cup of coffee. Room was spotlessly clean and bed super comfortable. Excellent quality hot beakfast. A great place, highly recommended & superb value for money.
