Hotel is located just outside the old city walls so it is easy to explore the old city on foot. There is an underground garage for guests to use. facilities are good and breakfast is decent but somewhat limited due to few staff.
The main asset we found is the staff - a team of nice and very helpful young people. Whatever we asked for, the response was immediate and positive.
All in all an excellent starting point to explore Evora and the surrounding area.

Poorly soundproofed amenities. There were many families with children, including having a birthday party on the hotel patio, and even with the window closed, you could hear everything.
In terms of staff and room conditions, very friendly and pleasant. Only the pillows could be more comfortable (too big and high).

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in January, and although we didn’t have access to the pool during the off season, the rest of the hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, trendy style, secure parking, excellent location, and fair rates made this the perfect hotel for us in Evora.

L'hôtel est bien placé, près du centre historique de la ville. Pour aller aux sites d'intérêt, on peut le faire à pied. We really wanted to like this property. It has so much potential. However it seemed like the property was under remodel. In our room there were no hooks for our towels and the shower door didn’t close, so water got all over. Plus the bathroom floor was very dirty. It needed to be moped. The second morning for breakfast was not good. The coffee machine and toaster did not work. The person working didn’t do anything to help. That was frustrating considering that we had to pay extra for the breakfast.
Why did we have to edit one building to go to another building for our room?
