Situated in the heart of Évian, we stayed for two nights arriving on motorbikes. Very friendly and efficient service. We were in a room with lake views which was lovely; however, the room was noisy as it also overlooked the main shopping area. There is no air conditioning in this hotel but a fan was supplied. Rooms were a good size. We didn’t have breakfast as there were plenty of places close by. There is private parking at the back of the property. A bit of a sod to get to but safe.

City Centre literally two minutes from the lake , free private parking ; the whole hotel spotlessly clean ; very comfortable beds ; great choices at breakfast ; and, finally, the BEST staff and management you are ever likely to meet. And all for less than € 100 per night !! Thank You to everyone connected with Hotel de France and we will see you all again, soon - absolutely guaranteed.

What a cute and clean little hotel, just love the colors the little garden, the staff was very friendly helpful and easy to with. My husband had a symposium at Le Palais Lumiere and this hotel is in the heart of Évian-les-Bains with easy excess to restaurants, shops, boat trips, really easy town to walk around too. (bring comfortable walking shoes)

This is a two star hotel that offers the service of at least a three star place in terms of efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism. While the rooms are on the smallish side (including the shower), the hotel has a nice large garden on one side, and good views over the lake on the other. Breakfast is good. While there is no restaurant in the hotel there is no shortage of restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. also, management is friendly and professional.

Hotel très bien situé avec un parking (en plein centre-ville c'est top). La chambre était très propre (et nous sommes exigeants ;-)), fonctionnelle avec une bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner pris en terrasse était bien agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et plein de bonne humeur. Bravo

Sehr zentral gelegt Hotel, mit Privat Parkplatz...Allgemein sehr sauber, Sehr Freundlich Empfang, Klein aber sehr nett eingerichtet Zimmer, mit gut Schlaf Komfort .Bad ,mit alles was man braucht. Hotel 2 Stern aber 3.Stern Komfort. Der Preis ist für dieser Angebot super...das Frühstück ist gut. Ich kann dieser Hotel nur empfehlen..in dieser schöne Ort

Nous venons depuis quelques années en famille dans ce sympathique hôtel idéalement situé au cœur du centre-ville d’Evian. L’accueil est chaleureux et les chambres très propres, le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Un parking gratuit est situé derrière l’hôtel. Un excellent rapport qualité prix vient couronner l’expérience très positive.
