Just awful: front desk staff person seemed out-of-it and needed repeated redirection and help to make change accurately. We were given a room next door to the closed/broken indoor swimming pool. Our room reeked of pool chemicals, and was small, dark, dank, and grimy. The gated-in parking is inconvenient to navigate, and the hotel is in an area of town that seems neglected, broken down, and potentially unsafe. Between the fumes and the first floor room in a bad section of town, felt like a risk to health to remain. We ‘ate’ the cost and relocated to a better hotel in the same town.

At first glance the room was clean but when looking closer, this changed. Room dark and not welcoming. Furniture needs a makeover. Hotel is situated in a rough area. Did not feel comfortable.

Outdated. Same pool from 20 yrs ago. Hotel in poor condition. I expect way more for a motel charging $165 per night. Still claiming egg prices are the reason for not serving eggs with breakfast. Egg shortage was over months ago. This place needs a major overhaul!

Good.
Good. Difficult getting handicap accommodations. Had to take toilet rail, which didnt fit well in small bathroom. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable for both of us. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating! Like the security there (fenced, locked gate).
