Hotels near Heritage Park, Euless

Just transferred at Dallas Airport, overnight, many hotels around the airport, chose this one. Many of the reviews on Ctrip are to grab the English comments on the external network, there are many bad reviews, and the rating is low. I went to bookings to check, this hotel scored more than 8 points and did not lose to nearby hotels. Staying in the United States for one night 5-6 100 yuan, the hotel is equipped with a free airport shuttle bus, including breakfast for 2 people, and it is also content. In fact, the hotel is a bit old, but the health and service are very good, not as unbearable as some foreigners. The shuttle bus to the airport departs on the hour, and the flight from the airport to the hotel is uncertain. After you get off the plane, you need to call the hotel front desk and tell her which terminal you are in, so that the driver can pick you up when you shuttle to several terminals. DF/W Airport actually has several ABCDEF terminals, and you need to take a small train between the buildings. There is a taxi stop area for pick-up on the side of the road in each terminal. The buses of each hotel are parked in the area of the purple brand Courtesy Vans, and many passengers are waiting. The body of the hotel car has the hotel name and logo printed. If you are satisfied, don't forget to stuff a little tip to the driver. They have a low base salary and rely on this to improve their lives.

The rooms are extremely clean and provide a very nice fridge, microwave, iron and board. The a/c is super cold and not too loud. There are more than enough clean towels for 3 people, but I was by myself. The property was well maintained. The pool was very clean and in full working condition. The staff, from the very interesting and friendly Owner and his wife, to the night auditor, to the maintenance man, all extremely courteous and helpful. I very much enjoyed my week long stay here. The location is excellent, and provides many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Just outside of the DFW airport, allows for you to get off your plane, and within minutes be in your comfy bed. I will stay here again and again. Not a single complaint.

Due to our airline, we had missed flights on our return from Italy. American Airlines re-routed our flights which included an overnight in DFW. The airline arranged for our rooms at the DFW West Comfort Inn & Suites. Norma Cline at the front desk did an excellent job checking in approximately a dozen people at midnight. She was alone, but she was pleasant and efficient with people who were tired and frustrated with flight delays and changes. I am an advocate of great customer service and Norma provided it! Added note: Room was excellent. Hospitality van personnel to and from the airport were great too! We'll stay at this Comfort Inn whenever we have the opportunity to visit DFW in the future.

This was the best bang for my buck I think I've ever received. Just needed a hotel night before and early flight, as I've needed many times before. This one will be my repeat due to price, location, parking, van service, and overall customer service! Even had small restaurant and bar and breakfast!

What a beautiful establishment. Very modern, comfortable and extra clean. The staff is friendly and competent. The room is large, king size bed, two chairs and a desk, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. The tv and wifi work very well (You'd be surprised how often they don't ) The bathroom is clean and spacious. I love this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Euless. This is my first visit to this area and I am very pleased with my accommodations' for the weekend.

We reserved a room here in the home 2 suites. When we arrived we found the hotel is split between a home 2 suites and a tru hotel. The desk clerk tells us that the tru side is for people for only one night and the home 2 is for more than one. The room has no couch and is the size of a shoe box. We show the clerk our reservation and it clearly shows that we reserved the home 2 suites and the picture and description both show a large room with a couch etc. The clerk informs us that the home 2 side is sold out and he will let the manager know the next day since it’s late and the manager is off for the day. But he tells us that the rate should be almost half the cost since the tru side is much cheaper and obviously smaller. The next morning we had to check out early due to an early flight out and the mgr isn’t in yet but the girl at the desk tells us the same as the man the night before that there is a good sized difference in the rate due to the size difference in the room. And she’ll let the mgr know. Later in the day we have to then call them back and got the ‘manager’ by the name of John. He says that he will refund us 20 something dollars and says that even though 2 of his employees told us it was more of a difference that they were both wrong. He says that this happens here at this location all the time and that’s all he can do. We feel like if this happens all the time then maybe John isn’t doing his job very well and maybe they should get a manager that can. We will never stay here again and have told and will continue to tell everyone we know to avoid this location at all cost. We saw one other couple in the lobby who said they were dealing with the same situation and they had requested a room with home 2 that was accessible and they got stuck on the tru side also. This place is a scam and has horrible management.

I am going to make this a short review as I have already reviewed the TRU brand and find it lacking for serious business travelers. The employees are very nice and professional. I say lacking as it was obviously designed by someone who does not travel and stay any length of time in a hotel room. There is no place to put clothes away, they hang in the open so no way to have a private business meeting or even have someone stop by without having to ”Pack” up everything. Unfortunately this particular TRU only gives you a bottle of water at check in unless you are a silver or higher. I am actually a Silver and have been for over 20 years traveling to Hiltons. But apparently that is not enough. So, when my company asks me what hotel, it will not be a TRU in the future. Not because they were not polite but let's be real, my company spends thousands at Hilton brand and I can't have a bottle of water every day.

We hosted a meeting here for about 60 staff members for multiple days. We found the hotel to be in an excellent location, close to DFW, shopping and dining options.. and to be a very good value for our budget. The meeting room space was great. Spacious for our entire group with different options for small group breakouts too. The banquet coordinator, Dana, went way beyond the call to work with us from early to late (and on her days off) to be sure that every aspect of the meeting was successful. I am very pleased we chose this property and would do so again. Thanks, Dana and your staff for being terrific and so gracious.
