The hotel and the rooms are nice and clean and newly renovated! Unfortunately there is a lot of noise outside and the pools are not clean! Unfortunately the hotel beach is full of stones, you can't get into the water!!! And it's dirty!!!!

Durant notre séjour à l’hôtel, nous avons été victime d'une tentative de cambriolage dans notre chambre située au huitième étage. Les réactions de la direction n'ont pas du tout été à la hauteur de la gravité des faits. Ils ne nous ont pas demandé si quelque chose nous avait été dérobé et malgré nos différentes demandes, ils n'ont pas pris la peine de nous rencontré. Mis à part une proposition pour changer de chambre de qualité moindre, aucun geste n'a été proposé par la direction. Nous avons eu l'occasion d'analyser les lieux de manière plus précise et nous avons remarqué plusieurs failles importantes de sécurités comme par exemple la porte au bas de l'escalier d'urgence qui reste ouverte en permanence et donc que n'importe qui peut utiliser pour accéder aux balcons des chambres, ce qu'il s'est passé dans notre cas. Nous avons rapporté ces failles et nous avons un sérieux doute que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires pour y pallier. Il est clair que nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel.

Buena animación con Raúl Antonio y Oscar A nuestros hijos les gusta el hotel del Parra y toda la animación y actividades en general. La comida es bastante buena y variada. Buena limpieza en las habitaciones e instalaciones del hotel. Falla la playa, es muy rocosa.
