The hotel and the rooms are nice and clean and newly renovated! Unfortunately there is a lot of noise outside and the pools are not clean! Unfortunately the hotel beach is full of stones, you can't get into the water!!! And it's dirty!!!!

Hotel is located in quite place .15 minutes walk to bus stops to Marbella or Estepona (bus 79 for about 2.5 euro one way).Buses are going about every 40 minutes or more(sometimes is better to take Uber).hotel has nice sea view.hotel is clean.Food is good .Hotel beach is nasty and not really suitable for swimming.Main swimming pool was closed because out of season. Entertainment was minimum but very good Halloween show and general Halloween decorations.Good for small kids /toddlers.Mainly Spanish tourists or French.

Op papier is het een 4-sterren hotel, maar ik begrijp niet waarom. Het is een erg groot hotel (flatgebouw) zonder charme, met slechte akoestiek, weinig aankleding overal tegels op de vloer, waardoor het overal lawaaierig is. Vooral in het weekend toen er veel Spanjaarden waren. Lange gangen en grote eetzaal, met overal zeer basic meubilair. Je kunt nergens comfortabel zitten, en in de eetzaal kun je elkaar nauwelijks verstaan. Ontbijt en dinerbuffet is niet bijzonder. Basic dingen zoals een banaan of natural yoghurt zijn vaak op, diner buffet is bijna hetzelfde iedere dag en heeft nauwelijks vegetarische mogelijkheden (behalve dat je een salade kunt samenstellen). S avonds kun je ook nergens gezellig een drankje doen in een bar (jazzbar, was dicht) Kamers zijn wel schoon, maar ook erg basic. Erg harde matrassen, geen gelegenheid om koffie of thee te zetten (waterkoker werd na 2x vragen bij receptie wel gebracht). Balkon heeft ook geen gemakkelijke stoelen en kijkt uit op parkeerplaats. Ook bijzonder dat je €11,- per dag moet betalen voor het parkeren op de parkeerplaats van het hotel (kan niet met maestro bij de parkeerautomaat betaald worden), terwijl het vrij parkeren buiten de poort is. Er is niet echt een strand voor het hotel waar je de zee in kunt, meer stenen. In de omgeving is verder niks. Ik heb er met een groep golfers een week gezeten, maar zou dit hotel absoluut niet aanraden; erg veel lawaai, slecht eten en slechte bedden.

Rooms were clean modern and refurbished. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially the front desk staff who helped myself in my group out with a couple of situations, which were not of their doing , with great thanks from the entire group

This hotel is good for family with lots of kids and want to stay in Marbella area without spending lots of money. The lobby, restaurant, and the pool area are very good. The conditions of the rooms are terrible. Terrace dirty and doors are broke. The beds and bellows are very old and bad. The whole room and bathroom are old and outdated. And the room someone would have very bad smell. This should be around $120 a night hotel not $225 .
I would not stay there again.
