Nous revenons d'une semaine de ikos Andalousie Nous attribuons la note de 3 même si cela me semble un peu sévère !! Nous avons déjà séjourné 3 fois chez ikos en Grèce et pour nous c'était toujours le top!! Ici, nous avions pris la chambre promo et nous avions mentionné lors de la réservation que nous fêtons nos 30 ans de mariage. Nous tenons à remercier l'équipe pour la petite attention en chambre ( gâteau, bouteille crémant, ballons). Par contre, la vue de la chambre décevante : chantier à côté de l'hôtel avec engins, poubelles et vue sur le système d'aération de l'hôtel avec nuisances sonores. Les repas sont toujours très bons. Mais il manque ce petit supplément d'âme qui fait que l'on se sente unique chez Ikos. Des petits détails : les serviettes d'accueil, les petites attentions au bord de la piscine comme le nettoyage des lunettes, les appels en chambre pour voir si votre séjour se passe bien. Et oui, tout cela nous l'avons connu chez Ikos en Grèce !! Bref, nous avions l'habitude du top, de ce fait nous avions beaucoup d'attentes et d'exigences, mais ikos andalousia reste un très bon hôtel. Merci à toute l'équipe

Séjour exceptionnel où la véritable valeur ajoutée est apportée par les employés. Notamment grâce entre autres à l'accueil attentif, gentil et professionnel de Jaime dès notre arrivée et pendant tout notre séjour : Jaime a réellement mis tout en oeuvre pour que nous passions un bon séjour :-) Tout était parfait (chambre, restaurants - ne pas oublier de réserver à l'avance - , infrastructures ...) mais le petit plus c'était vraiment l'implication des employés. Pour nous, c'est cela le véritable luxe. A bientôt !

Honestly, one of the finest resorts we've hadin a long time! We loved every minute of our five day visitie to Ikos Andalusia. The seven heated pools were what attracted us to start with, and then the photos of the rooms and restaurants. But the best thing about this resort is the service level. From the moment we checked in, with Christo, to the moment we checked out, also with Christo, the staff took care of us like we were family. Rooms are great. Big balconies. Comfortable beds. 'Lots of room. The heated pools are fantastic with many loungers so there was never a comptetition to find a free place. And the service around the pool was fabulous -- drinks, snacks, help with towels, help with the umbrellas. Whatever. The restaurants are quite good, the best being the Asian and Italian kitchens. We've already booked our next visit because this resort is worth every euro!

We had the most amazing holiday with friends and family. Great food and drinks and nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to the wonderful Sia who looked after our wine every evening for us. She’s absolutely amazing and Ikos are lucky to have her.

Estuvimos 4 días en el Hotel Ikos Andalsuia y la experiencia no pudo ser más positiva. Hemos viajado por bastantes partes del mundo y cada vez es más difícil que te sorprendan, pues en Ikos lo han conseguido. El Hotel en sí mismo es espectacular muy bien configurado y muy espacioso, había una ocupación cercana al 100% y en ningún momento tuvimos la sensación de aglomeración, todo lo contrario, ya que dispone de multitud de espacios, piscinas y bares donde puedes ir. Las habitaciones amplias y muy bien atendidas. El concepto es muy bueno, gran lujo todo incluido, la comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes a los que asistimos. Y como guinda del pastel puedes disfrutar, de forma gratuita, de un Tesla durante todo un día. Pero lo más importante de todo es el trato recibido por su personal, es de otro nivel, nunca habíamos sido atendidos en un check-in de esta manera tan personalizada, tan amable y sin prisas. Todo el personal es muy amable y predispuesto en todos y cada uno de los lugares del hotel (recepción, restaurantes, bares, servicio de habitaciones, spa...).Sin lugar a dudas es un Hotel al que volveremos.

We visited this hotel on 2nd November for one week. We had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of choice from the various themed restaurants. The location was perfect with plenty of things to do. The hotel had grounds were immaculate. All of the staff were very professional and a credit to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Overall very good with minor issues. Food and service pretty good in most restaurants. However flavors waiting queue and staff not great. Not enough staff at breakfast or lunch and only given water no offer of other drinks. Room not next to each other like we asked for and was rectified after the first night but annoying to start the holiday off not near each other and then to move. Pools are lovely however service was awful. Spent all day by the pool and only able to order once, took 35 minutes then to get them. In the end I went to my room and took cans down from the mini bar. Couldn’t find anyone to take a good order at lunch and had to leave to go to eat. Also very few toilets meant a trek every time you needed to go. Reception staff lovely and helpful. Maria at flovors very helpful and always friendly. What’s app service great always replied and actioned what we asked. Ice cream place lady very grumpy but young man there was very nice Overall had a lovely time place is beautiful and very clean with some really good places to visit nearby. Not sure we will return particularly due to pool service. Just to note - All this was brought up on departure and listen to as feedback for next season.

Our second visit to an Ikos hotel and once again it exceeded our expectations on the quality of food and drink and on the exceptional quality of the service by all staff - I cannot fault any aspect of our stay from the private transport from the airport to the cleanliness of the room and whole complex and the attentiveness of the serving staff- nothing was too much trouble- there was never a wait to be served. The complex is well laid out with quiet and adult only areas - excellent entertainment at night as well as activities during the day - 10 out of 10 - well done

Just back from an amazing week at this beautiful resort. Couldn’t fault a thing. Such a choice of great restaurants and different pools. Food was fantastic and the service outstanding. Lovely location and things for all generations. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
