Wir waren das erste Mal am Esquinzo Playa. Unser Aufenthalt hat 7 Tage gedauert. Wir waren ziemlich zufrieden mit der Anlage, dem tollen Sportangebot und der liebevollen Kinderbetreuung. Das Team war engagiert und hat sich um das Wohlbefinden der Besucher bemüht. Die Anlage an sich ist renovierungsbedürftig; wir waren allerdings mit unserem Zimmer ziemlich glücklich. Geräumig, ausgestattet mit Fliegengitter an Fenster sowie sauber und bequem. Im Restaurant war das Angebot für Klein und Groß divers und köstlich. Die Anreise zum Hotel ist etwas mühsam und langwierig mit einem Kleinkind genauso der Pfad zum Strand an sich. Ansonsten top und gerne wieder!

Für Familien/Singles mit Kind ist der Robinson Esquinzo sicherlich eine sehr gute Wahl, es gibt viele Aktivitäten für Kinder. Das Essen war hervorragend, leider ist es allerdings in den Ferienzeiten eher schwierig einen Tisch im Restaurant zu finden, oft musste man erst alle Räume ablaufen bis man etwas zum sitzen gefunden hat. Für Paare/Leute ohne Kinder gibt es einen Adults-only Bereich im Restaurant und das Spa, allgemein sollte man sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass der Club definitiv auf Kinder ausgelegt ist und daher nur bedingt geeignet ist für einen Erholungsurlaub, wenn man keine Kinder hat. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar Meerblick obwohl wir nur ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht hatten. Dafür war das Zimmer an sich aber schon sehr abgenutzt, an den Wänden waren einige tiefe Schrammen und es gibt leider nur einen Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage. Das Atelier haben wir auch sehr gerne genutzt. Alles in allem hat der Club definitiv Charme, der Service und das Essen sind auch gut. Für Familien mit Kindern definitiv gut geeignet, ohne Kinder lieber nicht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt leider nicht wirklich, der Club ist zwar vergleichsweise günstiger als andere, neuere Robinson-Clubs aber dennoch vom Zustand & Service her nicht ganz das wert was man am Ende bezahlt.

Robinson mal minimalistisch. Nur mit Kindern buchen! Der Robinson Club ist arg in die Jahre gekommen! Überall Reparaturstau! Deckenplatten die abfallen! Poolfliessen lösen sich ab, elektrische Anlagen am Kinderpool notdürftig geflickt etc. Beim Essen sind die Robinson Mindeststandards gegeben! Die ganze Anlage scheint ein OrgaDefizid zu zeigen! z.B. hatten wir 3 Tage keinen Roomservice, weil das Kleinkind Mittagsruhe hatte und es nichtorganisierende war die Roomservicezeit in den Vormittag zu legen! Mit Kindern dennoch gut, weil es viele Spielmöglichkeiten gibt! Der Sportpool ist auch ohne Fließen nutzbar und schön groß! Wer Robinson möchte besser woanders hin! Wer einen teuren Kinderclub möchte kann hier buchen! Gibt es sich auch günstiger! Die Lage mit Sandstrand, sehr gut!

The rooms have been due for refurbishment for a long time. But you know that when you book this place. You spend most of your time outside, so the rooms are not that important. Still they should have been refurbished 10 years ago and they are decaying more and more. Not even mentioning the ants crawling around everywhere… We have been here 4 times in the last 6 years. And what always made it for us was the food, the kids entertainment and the sport activities which always have been top class. Unfortunately, with the new management this has all gone bad: - Food: what used to be sashimi as the dinner special is now pita bread with beetroot from the can. They are just saving everywhere be it food, drinks. It is all just cheap now - Kids entertainment: our youngest son, who is 4 years old, was left alone for 1.5 hours in the „Roby Club“ because personnel was unexperienced and did not communicate - Sports: the cycling bikes are 20+ years old. Spinning classes become very difficult despite good instructors because the hardware is beyond repair For us, despite having been here 4 times, we will never go again. Defintetly not worth the money. There is much more bang for your buck in other hotels in the canaries.

Wir kennen diese Anlage aus der Vergangenheit, und sind nach vielen Jahren einmal wieder hergekommen. Das Sportangebot, die Tennisanlage, die Küche und die Gesamtatmosphäre sind nach wie vor ein guter Rahmen für einen aktiven Urlaub. Dass eine Renovierung ansteht, ist unstrittig. Vielen Dank auch an das Team vom Atelier, welches einen guten Kontrapunkt zu den anderen Aktivitäten setzt!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen was die unglaublich harmonische Atmosphäre nicht stört. Wunderschöner gepflegter Garten, tolles anspruchsvolles Sportprogramm mit eigenen und externen Trainern. Gemütliche Plätze zum Essen und trinken im Restaurant und an der Hauptbar. Der erwachsenen Bereich mit Wellness, Pool und Sauna hat einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer und eine eigene kleine Bar. Man trifft immer nette Menschen und die Kinder finden sofort Anschluss.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt! Das Essen war vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Die Hotelanlage gepflegt und schön und die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und hatten viel Stauraum und einen schönen Balkon. Das Abendprogramm war sehr unterhaltsam und der Service und das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend :) Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Zwar waren wir zum ersten Mal in einem Robinson Club, insofern liegt also kein Vergleich vor, jedoch waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Wir fühlten uns gut und sauber aufgehoben und die Qualität unseres Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Manchmal weiß ich nicht mehr, welche Empfindungen die meisten Menschen umtreibt. Bei dem ein oder anderem Kritiker würde man gerne mal zu Hause rein schauen können, sprich wie es dort aussieht und was es zu Essen gibt. Evtl hatten wir nur einfach Glück mit dem neu renovierten Zimmer mit Meerblick. Fantastisch! Dass unsere Nachbarn die Türen Tag und Nacht schmeißen, hat der Club wohl kaum in der Hand.

A truly wonderful private resort. The team of staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is superb with the beautiful beach accessible via a short 5 min walk. The grounds are stunning with beautifully kept flowers and trees. The views from our hotel room was simply gorgeous. The various pools are exceptionally with choice for all kinds of water activities. The food was of a very high quality and plenty of choice each day. The entertainment was great, although mainly in the German language. Everywhere in the resort is clean and possesses a unique charm. We will definitely come back again!!
