Well, we got a little surprise when we arrived at the hotel, it was being renovated, the pool is not available and at no time during the reservation was it mentioned, we went to rest and there was a lot of noise...there was no hot water...all the towels broken and on top of that when we arrived the reception was closed and they left us the key in an envelope stuck to the glass...
