Average room service. Room was cramped and the cot size was smaller in width. Breakfast was average and foo were served cold

Recently I had my son's betrothal function on 16th July 24,in this hotel. Overall experience was good. All the staffs were polite and courteous (Karthi, Suji, Mukesh, Kalish & Chinnu and all women housekeeping staffs) Food was very good (we had bfst/ lunch &dinner) . Food served after the function was also good. Linen in the room was clean. Areas of improvement: Even though AC was working well in all rooms, the AC controls are worn out. Bathrooms needs little extra care in terms of keeping the taps and floor cleaner. Sufficient staffing at the reception & restaurant needs focus. Sufficient plates were not available during our dinner arranged in the banquet hall. Items like dosas and idlis could have served hot. Suggestion: shortfall in service due to lesser manpower if addressed will be good. in the areas highlighted
