Just happened to land up at the hotel for lunch and really enjoyed the hospitality and the meal. Landed up staying the night at the hotel and the rooms were comfortable and well kept. Checked out the next day and due to my hurriedness left behind my Bose earphones. Called the hotel once I got back home which was quite late and I was told that they would get back to me in the morning as the cleaning staff were off for the day. Got a call the next morning and thank u Jagan for putting in your effort to locate the earphones which was wrapped in a bedsheet in the laundry room. The earphones were sent back to me by courier to my place in Chennai at their expense. I will definitely be staying in this hotel when I go back to Erode. Once again thank u Jagan.

Booked two executive rooms with double bed but got one of the executive rooms with two single beds. They later on upgraded it to deluxe room at no cost which was good. Ac did not work in both the rooms. Fan was very noisy and had to be switched off. Power went off in the room at 1:30 am, someone fixed it by 2 am. Most of the bathroom fixtures including shower and toilet flush were not working properly. Surprising to experience such issues for 1 yr old property. Complimentary breakfast was good, overall experience was not as expected

Overall my experience is good & not excellent. Positive: 1. Family room was spacious, neat & clean 2. Complimentary breakfast was delicious 3. Car parking was organized & neatly guides by staff 4. Hotel in prime location, access to all essential stores are nearby need improvement: 1. Room ac was not so effective 2. Stopping the car for loading or unloading the belongings is challenging since no parking in front of hotel. Need to stop in road only. However hotel staffs are courteous

We stayed there on the Christmas day on our way to Bangalore since we reached Erode by 6 pm and it was raining hence unable to drive at night. It is a decent hotel in the town, little bit aged but still ok for one night stay. I booked through Agoda and reached the hotel soon and by that time my booking reservation printout was ready. Rooms are adequately spacious for 2 and neat. Restaurant is neat & clean and serving tasty food. We saw many local people from outside also visiting the restaurant for food. Breakfast buffet was limited but sufficient. CONS : (1) When we arrived at the hotel by 6 pm, it was raining, and one security person was sitting in the entrance but didn't even look on us. Parking in the front is little bit tricky due to the limited space but he didn't care to help us and any staff not helped to shift the luggage also. The security on the next day morning was helpful during our checkout. (2) The towels and the pillow covers are of coffee brown colour, which I don't like. Hotel towels should be white and funky. (3) Kettle handle was broken and wrapped with an insulation tape. However, I recommend this hotel for short stays.

A simplistic place, large rooms, plenty of sunshine and air, but an archaic structure. The breakfast is a sit down buffet, idli, wada, dosa, sheera. The restaurant is not owned by the hotel, it is just a partnership association, so the operation of serving to guests is more of an obligation than a delight. Plus, the hotel staff itself waits to gobble down all the goodies if you are late. Not bad, but there can be plentiful of better choices.

The opted room is good spacious and regular amenities are fine. However items like TV, Internet services are very poor. TV the hotel forget to recharge and we did not have TV for a day (for 3 nights stay) when asked response was that so many dishes it is difficult to find which one to re-charge :). Internet is very slow, each day i have to get a new login and password from the reception. Keys of the rooms will be disabled if take it with you outside hotel and it has to be re-activated. These are the issues.

Brand new management with fully renovated (no longer that old emerald house). Appreciate the effort to keep room with modern setup. Room : stayed in standard and executive. Spacious and clean. Still the paints and stain smell there. Mosquito nets well covered. Aircon : individual split AC and good condition Bathroom: lack of handshower and tissues. Need improvement with exhaust system. Wash basin to be cleaned regularly as deepclean. Room service - not yet started as the hotel still on trial basis Bed and linen : good quality bed. However towels need extra care. Over all nice hotel but can be better with minor improvements.

Room is good, but a/c making noise and leaking. Food is good but only veg available. For me one day stay which is good one.
