The rooms were great and we had a good time there, but the reception staff had to improve their behaviour towards the customer, I have made an online food order and asked them to accept the delivery at the reception and i will pickup from them because i have already paid for it and i know that any hotel will not allow the delivery people to the guest room, but atleast they could have just accepted and i will go and bring it from them, they told me they can't accept it, i have to go and collect it from the delivery guy at the ground floor, and the behaviour was very rude, it's like I'm staying in his home free of cost, i hope it is not the policy of the hotel or management, it has to be changed guys, you have teach your staff how to behave with your guests.
