I am a Marriott Titanium Bonvoy member and usually stay at the Marriott when I travel for business. However, this trip I decided to stay at the Courtyard near the CVG airport the night before my morning trip back home. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel which is a step above most Marriott Courtyards in the US. The staff were very hospitable and provided me great service. I would like to especially recognize Leah Flor Landers who checked me into the hotel. She went above and beyond to welcome me. In addition to the staff, I was very pleased with my room which is well maintained and has a very comfortable bed and pillows which are very important to me. I also like to work out so I was again surprised by the upgraded gym which has many thread mills, free weights, and other work out equipment which I loved. I will stay again at this hotel as my travel needs permit.

Checked in at Marriott but was down graded to Marriott Residence Inn because of maintenance issue. The service was fine but the room was run down, stains on the walls, the hair on bathroom floor

We always stay here when we fly out of Cincinnati. Great location and quick shuttle to the airport. So much easier than dealing with traffic & parking before a flight. Rooms are very nice. We definitely recommend staying here.
