The airport pick-up and drop-off service is pretty good, but the elevator doesn't work very well.

I travel very frequently for work and can testify that this has been one of best hotel staff experiences I’ve had - categorically. The front desk was exceptionally friendly, the shuttle driver obligingly took me on a last minute local errand, and the bistro staff went above and beyond with the food I ordered from him accommodating an extra request. I’m very grateful for all of the staff’s hospitality and care!

‼️‼️‼️ Debbie at the front desk is very very sweet and very inspiring. She took great care of me and got me to my room straight away. I did book an advance, but even still every other time I have there has still been issues getting into the room so this was a relief!

Leah did a wonderful jump ensuring I got checked in. She made sure I had a nice room and made sure I had a bottle of water. The room has a nice sitting area, a balcony and a comfortable king size bed. The room has all the amenities I need. I’m looking forward to a great stay.

It is absolutely “Above and Beyond”. Everything is of the top order and I must say that it is because of people. Probably my best stay ever. Hopefully the breakfast menu too will be made world class 5 star soon. My compliments to each and everyone. Front desk is exemplary. Made me feel at home ♥️♥️

My daughter and I visited over spring break and had a great experience. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and everything was clean and in good working order, although the facilities could be maintained a bit better. Service at the hotel was excellent and my experience with two employees was truly exceptional: Leah was bubbly, welcoming, kind and helpful when checking us into the hotel and made sure that we were aware of the hotel amenities. Bonnie at the Bistro was great as well. She helped make sure that my daughter and I had a great breakfast even though we arrived as the kitchen was closing. She was very kind and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Next time I'm in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area I will be staying at the Airport Marriott!

Leia was extremely helpful and friendly during my check-in process. She took the time to explain the hotel amenities, restaurant hours and food served. Also, answered my questions regarding the airport shuttle service. Hotel looks nice and modern. Rooms were neat and clean.

1. Wrong room assigned: there was already another guest in the room when entered, very scary situation around 11pm 2. Spider webs: dirty rooms, had to change 3 different rooms. Most of the rooms had spiders and webs 3. No house keeping even after option selected during mobile app check in 4. Ac click s and air noise, unable to sleep 5. Thin walls-can hear TV sound and loud conversations from beside rooms Stay was a total nightmare.
