房間已經明顯老舊了，最不好的就是房間老有噪音，老是發出莫名的聲響。門外過道的吆喝聲，每當有人走過説話也能聽到，隔音一點不行。最不妥的就是早上9點半就有保潔敲門要進來，睡得好好的無故被吵醒，進來後發現有人還用力地關門走😰床頭的插座也是壞的，手機插一晚沒有充電🥲

It’s located near a big shopping mall with restaurants of delicious food. The staff member at the reception is polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are maintained at a high level of cleanliness.

Location of the hotel is good with shops and restaurants around. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Had to push a bit hard for toilet flushing. Check-in is speedy. The receptionist is not too helpful. The hotel provided two breakfasts for us but we had to leave earlier in the morning around 7am for tomb sweeping, we asked if the hotel could pack the breakfasts for us, the receptionist straightly turned down our request as the breakfast time started at 7.30am and the restaurant couldn’t have time to pack the breakfasts for us. Taking into account the time gap for packing breakfast against hotel breakfast starting time was less than half an hour, other hotels we previously stayed would accommodate our request without hesitation.

This hotel is so popular. I couldn't book a king-size bed room again. Everything is kept up to standard. I will still choose Enping in the future. I hope I can book a king-size bed room next time.
