The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very welcoming. The service is attentive. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Even late at night, there is also room service. The buffet breakfast is about 10 pounds per person, which is relatively affordable.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable with a nice bar for evening drinks before retiring. Well located just off the North Circular and good access to local ameneties. Good bus service to Northern London and Tube stations. We were visiting family so did not try breakfast this time, but in the past this has been good.

The freshest & most spacious premier inn so far. Great night's sleep so ready for a day socialising with friends. Great late night welcome after wearily arriving from a day's travelling. Would definitely return here - well connected to trains/bus/tube

My stay was fantastic! The location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to answer any questions we had Sonila & Bibi & Sidorela was very helpful, polite and communicative. Our room was clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh options. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Room was very stuffy the bathroom was shabby, toilet bowl was cracked, the paint was all peeled off the skirting board. The staff seemed very disinterested. I parked outside whilst I brought my bags in and checked in paid for parking and moved my car to the car park then found out that their parking partners had issued me with a parking ticket. Not very customer friendly. A very disapointing stay.

Very nice atmosphere services amazing Bibi the manager Hishan and Suyuri are very welcoming .Food great peaceful sunny relaxing .Defo coming back .I will bring more friends .I highly recommend this place for a great breakfast expierence

Clean and tidy hotel. Room decent and has everything you’d expect from a basic hotel. Very understaffed meaning it took 20 minutes to be let in to the car park and 30 minutes to check in at 3pm. Breakfast was clap cold and staff did not like being asked for anything. Mind you there were two members of staff running reception, bar, breakfast service, kitchen and car parking.

Very nice hotel. Check inn was quick and easy. We got interconnecting rooms for our family. There was a balloon and sweets for the kids in the room which was very nice. The hotel was approx a 15 min walk from Arnos Grove tube station. The breakfast was very nice much nicer than other premier inns we stayed at. Overall a nice stay at this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great better than other premier inns that I’ve visited and the waiting staff were attentive. Unfortunately the visit was spoiled by the Narcissistic lady on check in. I Arrived at 2:58 and I asked if the room was ready. The lady said nothing and made a hand gesture to go to the two terminals that said “ out of order” I turned back around and was about to say this when I was cut off by the lady who said quickly “check in is at 3pm.” Another check of my watch and it was still 2:58 so I sat down on a chair around the corner putting my bags down with a couple also waiting to check in. Got up bang on 3pm, letting the other couple going first and we found out the lady had disappeared. The check in desk was now empty. Terminals still said out of order. Waited 3 minutes and still no lady. The chap with the couple noticed a buzzer saying “press for attention” so he pressed it. Then we heard movement.. the lady was sitting behind us at the bar watching us. She slowly got up and walked back and asked the man “can I help?”. When he explained he wanted to check in, again the lady beckoned to the terminals, still saying out of order, when he explained this, the lady sighed and went over to the terminals quickly pressing this and that and logging in repeatedly, another sigh from the lady when the terminal still said out of order and walked back and looking back at the man simply says “booking number?” No welcome or apology in her tone. Felt like we were a hindrance. The check in process was quick after that, for both of us, Though for me missed key bits of info like where my room was, when and where is breakfast. But I worked it out. Checked in at 3:12. A man then came out of a door for a brief moment and the lady and man quietly argued about something, then the man went back into the room with a sign on the door saying “staff only”. Obviously this lady is in the wrong job if you genuinely care delivering good customer service. It can’t make the lady feel good about herself either or maybe she has just given up caring about anything anymore? The curtain in the room was broken with a snapped rail so the curtains didn’t fully close, and the room overall looked tired with various chips to the walls and stains in the toilet and furniture. This premier inn room looked a bit more run down than previous rooms I’ve had. Also one of the lifts made a constant cranking noise and shook when moving, making me feel a tad unsafe.

It was valentines, and there was a lovely rose and chocs on the bed when we arrived. The room was great for being a half hour walk from Alexandra Palace and only £83 for the night. Bed was comfy and everything was very easy :) The staff were also friendly!

Unbelievable breakfast cooked to perfection by Maria. Bibi and Sue always make my granddaughters and me feel so welcome and they go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I am a regular for breakfast as I just live 2 minutes away. Thank you xxx

I visited the hotel for a business trip that I had recently and I can say that the hotel was really clean, the food was delicious and the staff was extremely nice. In particular I’d like to thank Sonila who was very helpful and accommodating with everything.

Premier Inn’s are Premier Inn’s you know exactly what you are getting the one thing that puts this one head and shoulders above the rest is the breakfast, it’s superb, hot and tasty which you don’t normally get in this chain, Chef you’re a star well done, give her a pay rise she deserves it.
