The location of the hotel is very good, and there are many supporting facilities in the nearby business district. There is no restriction on swiping cards in hotel elevators, anyone can drive straight in and feel insecure. The side facing the road goes to the highway, and the noise is not completely isolated. On the evening of the 29th, the hotel had a power outage without prior notice. I waited for more than 2 hours in the dark before calling, and I didn't get any explanation or apology from the hotel.

During the first day of stay, we confirm the reservation of another room on next day. However on next day of check-in, the front desk staff still did mistake on the breakfast we have booked until we produced written confirmation.

Very happy stay The hotel is located in a small town near San Francisco. The town is quiet and beautiful. The coastline in the distance can be seen outside the hotel window. There are many beautiful shops near the hotel. It is a good place to eat, live and go shopping.

Great location, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and right off the highway. The staff are friendly and the service is good. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you can order from a menu, and it was delicious! I recommend it.
Hyatt House Emeryville San Francisco

The room was clean and very quiet, the front desk gave me a room on the top floor 12 level to the bay, the view was great. Especially praise is that the hotel air conditioning noise is very small, very rare. Breakfast is buffet, that is, American hotels usually those, no surprises, unfortunately it ends too early, 9:30 is gone. Parking is charged, $20 per night, this is not competitive. On the day of check-out, I just washed my hair and called the front desk to apply for an extension of half an hour to check out. The guy who answered the phone did not hesitate to refuse, saying that half an hour would be charged $50. Wow, I am so eager to flee and generally pack things and check out on time.
