Wall is too thin. We can hear all the conversation, coughs, laughs and all. It was hard to sleep since our neighbors were chatting away even after midnight. Very inconsiderate of others. They also stopped providing housecleaning. Instead asking customers to fill out what we need and place it on the door knob. Never received what we requested. If they don’t provide the amenities we requested, why do they even bother asking? Also hotel never sent me the recipes via email despite they said they will. Not a good service they provided for us during the stay.

Not baseball friendly. Don’t stay here. They are not flexible. We asked for a late check out because of uncertainty of bracket play. They refused. Then lied about why they would not let us out of our stay.

This was an excellent place to stay for a tournament at Lake Point. It is the closest hotel to the facility. Almost across the street is a great Italian restaurant and arcade. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was nice, and the free breakfast was great. Also absolutely loved the indoor heated pool!

My husband and I were breaking up a long trip,and booked on a “best price” app that only offered a double queen. When we got here Dawn (who is amazing) moved us to a king room, was incredibly helpful getting us settled in. If we find ourselves in Cartersville needing a place to stay we will certainly be back.

I originally booked thru *******. I week before I had to change my plan to the next day. ******* and Sleep Inn worked together to move my prepaid reservation to the next day. I received an email directly from Sleep Inn confirming the change ( ******* told me to expect that email). When I arrived they were expecting me. Payment was confirmed. My room had a king bed very comfortable with freshly washed sheets and coverlet. The room was clean the TV worked the shower was amazingly strong with plenty of space. A very good experience for a tired traveler. I did not partake of the promised delicious breakfast as I left prior to breakfast hours. I would highly recommend. The sign said pet friendly but I did not have a pet or see evidence of one. Co managed space with Main Stay Suites
