房間衞生極差，衞生間極臭，下水道反味，服務態度不好，讓調換一下房間都不行，房間臭不僅不解決還找其他理由，真的住了這麼多酒店，這算是最差的一個了，不建議去住這家，酒店還是步梯，光線也不好。最不滿意的一次住宿。

不吹不黑，客觀事實，有圖有真相，打五星是為了讓諸位更好的看到事實
背景：我們七個人，訂了一個五人間，一個雙人間
1、先説環境，酒店又亂又差，臟的包漿，進門就一股黴味撲面而來，枕頭臟兮兮還粘糊，地上感覺就沒有做過清潔到處都是灰，最不能接受的是連床上都有黑印，感覺被單都是粘的，電腦上面到處都是灰
2、再説設施，酒店淋浴頭是壞的，馬桶是壞的都姑且不説，酒店的電腦非常一般，作為電競酒店，他的電腦放5年前我都覺得過時，鍵盤被用到字母都沒了，全是二手便宜貨，顯示器上面都包漿了
3、再説服務，酒店的服務讓我們體驗到了地道的北歐風情，一種隨意散漫、愛答不理的服務，我們在辦入住的時候前台根本沒人，打電話也不接，在大堂坐了20分鐘才有人來招待，辦好入住後，我們就放了個東西在房間，就去吃午飯了，吃飯時我們一致認為酒店太失望，就決定退房，我們提出退房，前台小哥一直以他不是老闆來搪塞我們，加到老闆娘微信後，給她發了消息也一直不回，隔了很久，終於打通了語音通話，電話中可以聽出，老闆娘在進行激烈的🀄️麻將活動，給她理論兩句，在我們未使用房間的前提下，她堅決不退房，説兩句就掛了電話，最後在大約5通電話（説兩句她就掛）的理論下，和與攜程客服的溝通，上傳了照片，攜程決定為我們承擔損失，我們才成功退房
4、那麼此時各位就有疑惑了，為什麼我要訂這個酒店，很簡單，這就是一起詐騙，在圖片上，酒店的房間乾淨整潔，明亮通透，設備先進，可是到了你就發現根本不是這麼一回事，圖片中五人間寬敞明亮，整齊排列着五張床，可是到了房間才發現在約20平方米的房間嚴絲合縫的擠着一張床和兩張上下鋪，兩人間也和圖片上不符合
