Mount Emei Hetang Nanxi Hotel Reviews

Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

A really lovely hotel, the staff were amazing and drove us to the different places to take excursions. There's quite a lot to do in the immediate area such as getting the bust to the peak and the most beautiful hiking trail also close by. As a half-way point it's a good place to be.

What an amazing stay. First time in Emei and while this isn't a walkable hotel, the hotel staff took such good care of me. They helped organize taxis, tea farm visit, rides to the bus station to get to the summit and Qingyin Pavilion, food everyday for breakfast and dinner (I'm celiac and they were able to serve me food every day twice a day that never made me sick, very impressed). The hot springs in the room stayed perfect temperature all the time and were a great nourishment after long day to the summit or hikes. They even did a tea service for us when asked about tea. Well worth the cost and then some. Make sure to get WeChat so that you can message them, that's where all the coordination and help happened the easiest (since I don't speak Chinese).

Great hotel with EXCELLENT super friendly attentive service. Helped us so much with planning our stay in Emeishan, literally made our entire stay the best it could be. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone coming to Emeishan.

A perfect place to rest in the mountain! Also a good base camp for hiking and exploring Mount Emei. Very warmly and careful staff! Nice and clean room. The restaurant is very good, too, with local recipe. Highly recommended!!

The staff of this hotel walked the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We had no worries, just relaxing. They prepared special food for us, helped carry bags to and from the room and was always available when we needed anything. I really enjoyed my stay and would return and recommend to friends

Lovely place, felt very foreign friendly and the service provided by the staff was excellent. We had a beautiful room and the food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the eggplant. Great location for E Mei Shan. About 30 minutes from the bus up the mountain. Good place to start if interested in hiking up the mountain over the next day or two. Food was good. Outdoor hot spring was really nice.

The room was not humid, it was very comfortable to sleep in, the breakfast was delicious, and the road up the mountain was easy to walk. The room we booked can actually accommodate four people, with two large beds. The staff's attitude was also very good, and the air in the mountains was also very good. I searched for this B&B a long time in advance. When I arrived, I found that it was really good. It exceeded my expectations (^-^)👍The B&B is not very far from Wuxiangang Station. The staff also added WeChat in advance to inform them of the specific location and the Golden Summit that day. Weather, etc., you can also contact them to pick you up after playing. The room facilities are complete, and there is also a free laundry service (≧▽≦)/♫Awesome👍 You can order food at the B&B in the evening. The taste is very good and the portion is very big. Two people didn't finish it. The breakfast in the restaurant is also very delicious. The yyds recommended by my brother is freshly made by my aunt in the morning. It's spicy and delicious. (Fresh pepper rabbit is delicious and goes well with wine) The hot spring staff in the room will fill the water in advance. After climbing the mountain, you can soak in the hot spring directly. It is super comfortable. The hot spring is facing the bamboo forest and the mountain, and the scenery is amazing🤙The environment is really super comfortable and relaxing😌There are also Swimming pool and public hot spring, the swimming pool was a bit cold so I didn’t go in the water😂 The front desk also helped us book a car to Leshan, they were serious and responsible👍 Next time I come to Mount Emei in winter to see the snow scenery, I will stay at this hotel✌️

The accommodation environment is very good. I took my puppy and my sister to play together. The bosses are very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. The environment and hygiene are also very good. The breakfast is also delicious. It is suitable for couples and family outings. I did not book it this time. Private hot spring room, go there again in winter if you have the chance
