峨眉山住了很多酒店，這次是服務感受最好的一次，特別感謝這次的管家小袁，提前一天電話聯繫，有疑問需求隨時聯繫都是馬上回復且安排妥當，特別是晚上在房間空調效果不好的情況下，及時安排我們換房，讓一家人晚上能好好休息，都是管家小袁的傾心服務，必須大讚，以後帶小朋友家人再來峨眉山必須首選這家酒店！環境也很好，就是天氣太熱不然可以在酒店裡好好散步，下次天氣涼爽時候再來！

超出預期的友好，暑假裏唯一沖對了的酒店。環境一流，裝修風格也是花園度假風，服務5顆星。親子活動很多，泳池也有恆温系統。很完美的活動

主動升級了房型，離店也可以延遲退房。房間很大，設施維護得很好。也有很多親子活動。泳池是常温的，還有幾個小型湯池。小朋友玩得很開心，適合親子度假。前台月月服務也不錯，有問題都能及時響應。
