管家月月回覆信息非常及時，入住期間小朋友很喜歡在酒店體驗各種活動，植被非常豐富，可以呼吸到很多新鮮空氣，在峨眉山腳下酒店的裝修比較偏東南亞風格，很有不一樣的體驗感，小朋友非常喜歡，是一個溜娃好去

整體挺好的，就是夏天有點熱，但有觀光車接送，春秋在酒店裡散散步應該很舒服，也有很多活動小朋友玩的很開心，會再去，唯一就是停車場太小了。

帶老母親和兒子出門呆幾天，一直想着去烏蘭，終於安排上了，酒店的環境真的是很美，房間的設施佈置很舒適温馨，到酒店就有管家服務，還專門給我發了附近的美食，這幾天下雨到餐廳也好 去親子樂園也好，都是酒店的服務人員接送，實在是太貼心了，下次還要來～

Very nice place with great grounds to walk along or be driven around. Nice rooms, some doors have gaps but not big issue. Hot springs and pool is very good.
Staff very friendly and helpful just bear in mind to be in time for dinner as it closed early when we got there.

酒店公區很乾凈，很有度假感。服務人員也很熱情，擺渡車隨叫隨到。小孩很喜歡泳池，温泉，淘氣堡，小火車這些遊樂設施。整個酒店隨處都是生機盎然的綠植。值得下次再去

暑假後避峯出行度過了一個愉快的週末，三天兩晚時間基本就帶寶寶在酒店玩，遇到的工作人員都服務很好，寶寶對早餐的自製酸奶也很喜歡，已經做好了下次再來的準備～

非標棒。住的親子叢林房，在二樓，房間很大。親子房距離親子樂園很近，旁邊的草坪就有一組小朋友玩的地方。親子活動多，老師們也非常耐心，婆婆爺爺説就像早教一樣。有玩沙的地方，還有淘氣堡，小朋友都超級喜歡。管家很好，有求必應，服務非常好。酒店早餐也很好，品種豐富，2歲小朋友超愛蛋烘糕，火龍果刺蝟麪包，還有沒辣椒的豆腐腦。晚上給小朋友點的抄手，也貼心安排送到房間。
來之前還擔心2歲的小朋友過來是不是太小了，結果很適合，非常喜歡。所有工作人員服務都很好。一點點美中不足就是床和枕頭真的太軟了。
已經又買了券，準備後面又去玩。

位置:峨眉山腳下，開車的話找吃的或者去報國寺都是10分鐘左右，自駕舒適。
環境:園林式酒店，能看得到的地方都有用心管理，衞生什麼的沒有問題，但是植被茂盛難免蚊子多，尤其晚上出門記得噴驅蚊水（含避蚊胺的那種）。
服務:特意淡季前往，服務體驗加倍，最基本的微笑服務見面問好這些服務標準都很OK，感謝管家小梅及時響應需求、發送活動預告，以及分享周邊美食攻略（但有的老店真的不再是記憶中的錨點了，令人失望），感謝擺渡車小哥（戴眼鏡那個）不厭其煩送我拿車、拿鑰匙、拿包。
早餐:5分滿分的話，我給4.2分，品類是豐富的，果汁是鮮榨的，麪包是現烤的，水果是新鮮的，因為是淡季還可以在房間用餐，這些都很好，但是豆腐腦蛋烘糕和包子着實不太行。
親子:在我去過的親子酒店裡，親子樂園面積算挺大的，淘氣堡、挖沙沙、巨型滑梯、射箭、攀巖、叢林穿越、小火車，還有秋千、大魚和天鵝，玩個兩天夠夠的，另外活動安排也比較豐富合理。
温泉泳池:雖小但有，泳池乾淨，温泉下午四點開到晚上11點，如果白天玩累了晚上泡半個小時還是很舒服的，但是提醒最好自己帶泳衣，畢竟現場買還是挺貴的。
驚喜:1.來的時候是夏天的尾巴，天氣涼爽下來，竹林的下面長出各種蘑菇（紅鬼筆花臉蘑相似牛肝菌等等），帶小朋友找蘑菇可以消磨找半天。2.來的時候桂花還沒開，走的這天都開了，心情加分。3.正好遇到酒店裡種的柿子熟了，吃上了無公害甜柿子。
