Service: There is an exclusive room steward [Sister Feifei] who is very warm and considerate. She personally led us into the room. The service is superb. She sent us a guide to nearby food when we checked in. She answered all questions quickly! ! !
Hygiene: Very clean, no water stains on the faucet, the bedding is spotless and white, no odor
Facilities: A relatively old-fashioned style, complete facilities, large bathroom space and bathtub
Environment: Just at the foot of Mount Emei, a few minutes walk from Baoguo Temple, fresh air and pleasant scenery. The breakfast buffet is super good, the restaurant is very large, there are many dishes and the taste is great, it is worthy of being an old hotel! There is also a high-speed rail station pick-up service and free luggage storage service. It is really comfortable to live here! Hotel staff is very friendly and fluent in English so I would recommend it to all foreign visitors. We chose the option with breakfast which was good before we headed to EmeiShan. They were very helpful and could answer all our questions.
