設施：馬桶是壞的，門是鎖不住的，電視是開不起的
衞生：非常差！剛入住掀開被子，有一床被子發黃，另一床床單和被子之間有頭髮。馬桶感覺就沒刷過，有很明顯的尿漬痕跡，洗漱台那些就不説了馬馬虎虎
環境：隔音非常非常非常非常差！凌晨一兩點有夜爬的，從四點開始有人準備出去爬山，一直就非常吵，一晚上根本沒怎麼睡着，六點老闆來敲你門，説是叫你起來去金頂看日出實則催你退房
服務：老闆拽得不得了了，六點敲門，我們七點才去退房的，老闆第一句話一個多小時才來，煩得很。我請問呢？哪家酒店要求客人六點起來退房？在店裡等待早餐我們才得知可以免費寄存行李在前台，吃完早飯七點半，我們找老闆寄存，老闆又來一句：早點不曉得來，非要等別個睡下去了才來……然後又説我們退房單已經丟了，現在他要找很麻煩。。。一直喋喋不休，我和朋友説了一句，你沒有提前告知我們，你還這種態度，老闆就開始罵了
總結：避雷，下次是不會選擇這家了

設施很差勁，門鎖是活動的，無法鎖上，衹能關上。寫的是地暖房，屋裡温度十幾度。而且淋浴頭也壞了，一直往下掉，總之硬件一言難盡，建議慎選！！！
老闆服務態度也很差勁，問他一些東西都懶得説，感覺像欠他錢一樣，非常糟糕的經歷

在快到金頂的峨眉山上，這個價格，性價比那是相當高的，房間大小還行，比較乾淨，雖然沒有早餐，但是附近吃東西也方便，有地暖，很暖和，很方便，早起做爬金頂也很方便！！！！
