When we arrived at the hotel address we didn’t find any hotel at all. The entrance you can see in the photos here in Trip.com is now totally switched off and empty. Next to it there is another hotel (ibis) where we stayed. When we tried to call the hotel number, a man answered, but he was not able to speak English. So it was impossibile to comunicate with him. Please update the info on the website if the hotel still exist. Moreover, the room we stayed (at Ibis hotel) are exactly the same you can see in the photos available here on Trip.com for Tuyue hotel. Is it a coincidence or there is a fraud here? Please be aware before book here a room!!!!!

It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Emeishan Station.
The counter is not in the same building as the hotel.
The guy at the counter is very helpful and will try to answer any questions.
But the kettle is moldy and will be deducted points.
If you want to make tea or instant noodles, you can go downstairs to find the guy and he will help you boil water.
