The room is very good, but the plug is missing and it is a bit troublesome to charge. Miss Geng has always been very good in terms of service and attitude in asking us if we have any questions. The hotel accommodation is very good, and the hot spring environment is also good. Because I woke up early, I couldn't have breakfast. The breakfast ticket could not be used, but the hotel prepared a way for us to eat on the way in advance. The high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off is also fast!

Location is fantastic, walking distance to the visitor centre. There ate food options around the hotel. The room is standard size, bed are comfortable. Toilet smell can he improved with air fresher or diffuser. It smelled of mould.

Booked for the hot springs which were great, very spacious and relaxing environment. Small indoor swimming pool but also a nice temperature for a relaxing swim. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for solo travellers eating dinner because food can only be ordered in large portions via an app catering for two or more people. Also a shame there is a robot and no human interaction if you want a coffee. The people working there are very friendly and helpful, robots are not! Easy access on foot to Exiu Lake and a short distance further to the mountain entrance.

Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

The overall facilities are relatively new and the style is good. The room is spacious and clean. We booked a private bath with twin beds, and they helped us upgrade to a private bath with children. The private bath is very spacious, and the children's supplies were prepared in advance. The children had a lot of fun. There were welcome fruits and snacks in the evening. The housekeeper Xiao Yang was very considerate and asked us about our travel methods, whether we needed to be picked up from the train station, the number of children, etc. in the morning. The public hot spring pools are all small pools, with fewer numbers, but if there are not many people, it is considered a private bath. There are sulfur pools, ginger pools, and mineral salts. The breakfast room is a little small, so it's a regular breakfast. Those who like private baths can take a bath, and the baby's room is not afraid of catching a cold in winter.

Room comparison: The last time I stayed in a starry sky theme, this time I stayed in a jungle theme. After comparing the two room types, I prefer the starry sky, with multiple hanging chairs and multiple starry sky projection toys. The jungle is just a small tent plus a few plush toys, and the starry sky theme is more playable. Breakfast: Rich in variety, reaching the five-star standard, three kinds of juice, six kinds of fruits, four cold dishes, fried rice, fried rice noodles, fried dough sticks, six or seven kinds of egg methods, and special snacks such as butter tea, tofu brain, and egg cakes. There are bamboo shoots and beef noodles every day. I recommend this beef noodle All-day parent-child activities: My child is only over one year old, and most of the activities are assisted by adults. After a whole day, the activities are compact and adults are not tired, but the activity time is relatively short. In my free time, I take my children to dig sand and play ocean balls, which is very convenient for walking. The gold coins obtained by participating in the activities can also be exchanged for toys. Butler Jiawei is very attentive and responsive. The milk he sent is also very delicious. I spent a pleasant three days and two nights with my children.

The hotel is in a good location, opposite a large square with a good view and plenty of light; behind it is the Big Buddha Temple, close to the east gate of the temple, and there is a long Xiangcheng antique street; the lady at the hotel front desk is very nice, kind and gentle, and gave us many recommendations for walking, such as the walking street, Shuyuan Street, and the fountain pool, and we also ate the Guoba steamed buns on Santaishan Street; the aunt who cleans the room is also very considerate. In short, I am very satisfied and will come again next time!

We were struggling with how to buy tickets to Mount Emei, how to get there, where to go, whether there were many delicious foods, and how fun it was around. Until I met Anna, all these things were taken care of. She was really like a tour guide, answering whatever I asked and taking the initiative to speak. The key is that the service is still free. I never expected that so much could be considered, hahahahahahahahahaha, I was really happy. Talking about the hotel hot springs, there are locker rooms, sweat steaming, salt baths, Chinese medicine pools, cave pools, outdoor whirlpool pools, lotus pools, too many, and the rooms are also super satisfactory. Miss Anna arranged it clearly. If you want to go to Mount Emei, come here to stay. The location is good and it is convenient to go to Mount Emei. Especially foreign friends must come here to stay.
