Very very friendly staff, buffet of the restaurant is very simple but it’s enough to have a meal however it’s better eat outside since the hotel is in city center of Ella. We check in and check out in the same day to change the hotel because the room was unacceptable for a 3 star hotel.

This hotel is well located for a simple walk into town and all the bars restaurants. On site facilities were basic, but the hotel was locked at night with no staff in attendance. Th3 basic problem was that 10m in front of all the rooms was a building site which worked through the night, up to 4.00 am which made sleeping difficult. Although this work was not associated with hotel it will go on for months yet so be aware if planning to use the hotel.

Basic hotel, spacious, perfectly functional room. Large bathroom with powerful shower & plenty of hot water. It also has to be said it was spotlessly clean, absolutely 10/10 for that! So all in all, good value for money. A short walk down the road & you find yourself on the main street full of life, lights, bars & restaurants. Downside: very small Pool, complete area needs help, nowhere to sit/sunbathe. Unfortunately our room / small balcony, had the perfect view of a building site right in front of us. Having said all that, it would still be difficult to complain, the welcome from the gentleman on reception was genuine & friendly, as indeed were all our interactions with the rest of the hotel team.

Hotel ziet er niet gezellig uit maar heeft bijna alles wat je nodig hebt. Grote kamer met alles er op en er aan. Het eten is redelijk tot goed. Ligging is perfect vlak bij centrum. Is wel heel gehorig door geluid van andere gasten op de galerij. Het personeel spreekt gebrekkig Engels maar doen echt alles voor je.

Dit is een mooi, nieuw hotel met een perfecte ligging in de grote zijstraat van Ella. Het is hier veel rustiger dan in de hoofdstraat en toch zit je overal dichtbij. We werden heel gastvrij en hartelijk ontvangen, hoewel wij niets vooraf geboekt hadden. De kamer werd heel grondig schoongemaakt en het beddengoed werd zelfs op het bed gestreken! Onze fietsen kregen een veilige plek voor onze kamer en we hadden een lekker terrasje voor de deur. De kamer was groot en de douche was heerlijk warm. Het personeel was echt bijzonder aardig en klantvriendelijk. Er werd echt voor ons gezorgd. Ze hadden oog voor alle kleine dingen en we kregen onbeperkt water en zeepjes. We willen Saman Dissanagalia en de manager nog even extra noemen. Zij hebben echt een super service gegeven. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. We kunnen dit hotel zeker aanbevelen!

Thank you so much for the wonderful service given from the time of checked -In till Check -out. Reception counter was always available and very helpful every time we request something. We want to thank that very professional F/O in-charge for the wonderful welcome. Thank you Indushan ,Vidarshani and new staff for the kindness and wonderful service you all provided. Staff are really helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the rooms are not great. There was a spider and leeches in our room, and there is no cleaning and towel replacement during your stay. On the plus side, the location is 10/10 and pool is nice but quite small. Would not recommend the inclusion breakfast.

Attracted by the favorable reviews we booked a night with our group in this hotel. The only positive aspect is the central location, otherwise the hotel is very simple, perhaps too simple. But we had problems with breakfast, which was truly embarrassing and forced us to waste useless time in exhausting waits for dishes with an organization to review.
