The hotel staff was very nice, but there were some issues with the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities.
Sometimes the hotel has accommodations for drivers, so I made a reservation based on the driver's recommendation, but I don't want to stay there next time.
•The room next door was having a party in the space in front of the entrance and was noisy, so we asked to change rooms. Even after moving, it was noisy because they were doing karaoke outside.
-There was a dead cockroach-like insect in the shower room.
-The shower room smelled like sewage.
-Hot water never came out in the shower
•The variety and taste of the buffet is not good.
•The scenery is outstanding

Hôtel typique en montagne. Vue magnifique. Personnel souriant. Beaucoup d'effort à faire au niveau propreté et hygiène. A notre arrivée, présence d'insectes morts dans la salle de bain et un cafard derrière la porte. verre à dent inutilisable tellement sale. Chambre bruyante toute la nuit. Restaurant moyen.

This is a hidden gem in Ella. As a hotel owner in USA I'm very impressed with the service, rooms, amenities etc. The staff are very nice. (I hope some tourists don't take advantage of their humility).In Sri lanka I stay at Hilton residence in Colombo and came to Ella and staying here. The breakfast spread is much larger than at Hilton, i must say. Rooms are very large and no mosquitos!! Keep up the good work. Kudos!

Wow what a beautiful hotel that I have ever seen in my life. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Ella as well as to the train station. This is a fantastic hotel. Out door of the hotel was tidy,friendly atmosphere, safer for our kids.Our rooms were very comfortable.The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. We planned to stay only for one night stay but we stayed for 3 days because the staff was very Friendly staff and fantastic service that we got from the maintenance staff too.The food was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. I Hope the chef is doing a great job. A very special thanks goes to the hotel General Manager Mr. Tony for giving us this nice experience and the best service that i have ever had in my entire life. Cheers for another stay at your place.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel at home. The location of the hotel is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery – it truly feels like a paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the beautiful balcony where I could sit and take in the incredible views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring Ella. The food at the hotel was another highlight! Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of local and international options. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the overall dining experience was top-notch. Ella Mount Heaven Hotel also offers excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and they were always ready with recommendations for things to do around Ella. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re visiting Ella, I highly recommend staying at Ella Mount Heaven Hotel – it's the perfect combination of comfort, amazing views, and exceptional service. I will definitely be back!
