Very bad hotel, bad attitude of the owner, how hard the road is to walk you can not imagine, the car can not arrive, the hotel can not refund, for the sake of life safety I have to give up, you should carefully check before booking, I have told the platform, need to set up a danger label

Great two night stay here at the rock side inn. Fantastic view from the room and the dinner area. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was yummy and tasty. Short walk into town. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent room, clean and spacious with a marvelous view. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They advised us also regarding visiting the highlights in Ella and the transport to our next destination. Breakfast outstanding changing day by day. We loved our stay very much.

We have stayed in a family room for one night on a busy long weekend & wished we could stay longer there. With the narrow approach road & parking, which is common to the Ella area, we had doubts , but the owner Mr Manjula & his staff were attentive & had solutions to the comfort of every guest with no hazzle. Food was very tasty & served on time & though the place was full we were welcome any time with good sevice even at short notice. Room with Beddings & Bath were clean & nice and had enough space. View from the room balcony of Ella rock was pleasing & with greenery around, the birds were a plenty with their songs. Though it was a short stay, with their little input from staff we could use the time well & visited the surrounding attractions & it was time well spent. All in all we really enjoyed our stay & so a big Thank you to Rock side Inn.

We had a wonderful stay at Rock Side Inn. The place is beautifully located and the people are the most friendly people we have met! The food is also very good! We will definately come back when in Ella : ). Alice and Eva from Holland

We had a very very plesant stay, a nice room, good view en the best and most friendly staff. Had some drinks with them in the evening and learned to play the game Carrom with them. Highly recommended place. And I had a delicious cocktail.

Very cosy hotel, away from the busy main street. Wonderful views and very friendly, helpful staff. The owner even rode our tuktuk to the inn from the main road. Everything was very personal. We highly recommend to book a massage in the Om spa (collaboration with the inn). Varied breakfast and great Club sandwich!

Beautiful view, lovely People. We had a pick-up from the station and after a drop off at the nine arches bridge. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is super. We had a huge terras with the most beautiful view of Ella The beds were fine, everything was clean.

Beautiful view from the room and super friendly welcome! Breakfast was tasty and surprising. Fun activities nearby and the center is easy to reach on foot. So don't hesitate and just book. We have already enjoyed it immensely.
