La struttura ha del potenziale ma andrebbe migliorata. La nostra camera era grande e spaziosa con tante vetrate e con un bel terrazzo da cui godere di una bella vista di Ella’s Rock. Unica nota negativa è il fatto che affaccia sulla strada principale quindi ci sono molti rumori del traffico peccato in quanto la vista è ottima ma non rilassante per via dei rumori. L’arredo è essenziale non particolarmente accogliente. La camera disponeva di bollitore, acqua di cortesia, frigo bar e ovviamente asciugami. Il servizio di pulizia camera non è stato effettuato ma non lo abbiamo richiesto. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. Posizione ottima vicino al centro di Ella e al percorso per Ella’s Rock (binari) Per raggiungere le camere è necessario scendere su una scala con un corrimano non sicurissimo, non la consiglio per chi non è abituato a fare scale con salite e discese ripide. Il servizio colazione non è disponibile.

Stay away from this hotel! The hotel rooms isn’t what’s pictured on booking sites, the entrance is through a forest on a mountain and through other buildings. The walls is stained, door is leaking, and the room are nasty. The entrance pathway crumbled under me so a nail went through my foot and got several scratches. It is NOT a hotel, not even a bungalow. I would rather sleep with the homeless dogs than stay there one night. We checked out 30 minutes after we checked in. At least the manager was nice enough to give a full refund and drive us to another hotel.
