Super Unterkunft Nähe des Ortskern, wenn man die Abkürzung über die Eisenbahnschienen nimmt. Hatte ein super Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf den Wasserfall. Sehr schmackhaftes einheimisches Frühstuck auf Außenterrasse. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wäre gerne länger geblieben 👍👍👍👍.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом гестхаусе ! Думали остаться там на пару дней, но поднялась температура и пришлось выздоравливать 5 дней :) из того что хотелось бы отметить для тех кто на своем транспорте , достаточно крутой подъезд к гестхаусу, особенно первый раз страхово, потом привыкаешь. Крутая горка , и спуск , байк может заглохнуть если глохнет на холостых оборотах. Так же машине сложно с непривычки будет развернуться , если вы на машине, должны хорошо водить в узких местах чтобы туда заехать и развернуться. Завтраки хозяин геста готовит очень вкусные , за 5 дней не надоели, хоть и повторялись) красивый вид! сама Элла далековата от цивилизации но к нам врач по страховке приехал на следующее утро по запросу. За продуктами тоже так просто не сходишь, либо ехать на байке , либо идти но минут 20-25) есть короткий путь через жд, до кафешки можно быстро дойти, но в горку ! В принципе рекомендую, главное не болейте. А и слышмость нормальная, главное чтобы ваши соседи не громко храпели

The pictures on the website are VERY misleading. The room looks clean and basic but what we got was something very different. The host was lovely, no fault there but the room we got was grim. The bed sheets were stained, the mesh net around the bed dusty and full of cobwebs, no hot water, a light fitting above the bed with all bare wires, the ceiling and everything was lathered in mould and even the bed felt damp and smelt of mould. The final straw was two cockroaches and 2 snails greeted me in the bathroom in the morning. Lovely view but the room is not fit for purpose

The view from the window at dawn is impressive! The hosts are friendly! The rooms are so-so, but I think they will be better in the future)

The owner is kind and the location is not bad. Above all, the view is amazing. It's a waterfall view, so just looking at it feels like healing. I recommend it.

We ended up extending our stay in Ella 4 times, because we loved this homestay so much. Cleanest and most beautiful room I've ever booked in Asia, and still it's affordable. The family was such a lovely bunch, who invited us to a family party, to experience their traditions, wonderful experience! Ruwan the owner is a former chef, so the included breakfast was outrageously good and different every morning. I will definitely come back to this place

This homestay was perfect for me! Originally booked it only for two nights and stayed there in total for one week. I loved everything about it. Ruwan, the owner and his family were so kind and always ready to help. The breakfast + dinner was also super delicious! The location is convenient as well and the view you get from the balcony is simply amazing! Perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset. All in all: It was such a wonderful + peaceful stay and I'm really looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much Ruwan, see you soon!!!

Best choice in Ella
Wow, what a place! Loved our room with patio and the views were just to die for. Great view of the Ella waterfall which you could hear from the property.
The owners were lovely and very helpful. Lovely cup of tea on arrival and water whenever you need it. Breakfast was amazing and huge.
Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Ella as it was nice and peaceful and oh, did I mention those views!

Amazing view and location
This place is amazing, very comfortable and 5 minutes walk to the town or railway station. You have to go up a lot so needs to be in shape. WiFi works great.
