No phone in the room. No guide. No toothbrush set. No coin laundry. Reluctant to store luggage. After checking out, I asked if they could store my luggage until the free bus to the airport departed at 11pm, but they refused, saying they couldn't store it for more than 5 hours.
There is a coin laundry about a 15-minute walk away. The area around the hotel is a quiet residential area, so it is safe even at night. There is a supermarket that is open until 1am and two 24-hour convenience stores. About a 20-minute walk from Mariposa Station. The road to the hotel is also safe.

The room was quite musty and it was not easy to ventilate properly. Otherwise, the room had everything we needed. The staff at the reception are very nice and helpful. The free airport shuttle is a definite plus point.
