Everything was fine in terms of the stay in El Nido, the price is good and the service is good. I slept here a total of one night.

Typical Philippine budget hotel... Can book tours and motorbikes at the front desk. Hot water pressure was meh, breakfast was as basic as it gets.Great location.

Near the port for the island hopping and many restaurant nearby.Accommodating staff.

It had everything I needed. For me the location was good but if you're of a nervous disposition you way not like the entrance via the dark alley.

Hotel is in very good place The people here is nice and helpful. They tried their best to assist us for our baby. We appreciate it. Since I am not eating some special foods, they clearly asked me day before so that they can prepare for me.

In this hotel breakfast from 6 am to 7 am is only one hour, so if you wake up at 7 am you will not get breakfast. Take a room without breakfast, because the promise to leave you your paid breakfast later will not be fulfilled. The hotel is not designed to accommodate Europeans. The first room 206 was terrible - the window looked into a concrete wall, the toilet has neither a window nor working ventilation, the room had a pungent smell of mold and sewage, it was impossible to sleep and breathe. After asking to change the room, I was moved to room 301 - this room matched the photos on the website when booking, but very poor soundproofing from 4 am the sound of moving furniture, from 6 am the clatter of dishes. And the worst thing is to watch a young Filipina woman combing lice out of the head of an old Filipina woman from the hair in the hotel lobby, very unfriendly owners. For 4 days there was no cleaning once. A very scary narrow passage through two houses to the hotel.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful as is the owner and the room is basically what you would expect for the price they are offering. A toilet seat would have been nice though 😅

The location of the accommodation is great. Beautiful Mountain View, big windows, clean bedroom and comfy bed. The bathroom is okay. Good pressure of the shower but not hot water. The other thing that we doesn’t like was the breakfast. Only Filipino breakfast (rice, one egg and one sausages). No options. And just one hour: from 6 to 7 am. It’s better stay in the hotel without breakfast and buy something outside

The staff helped me book a van to Port barton. Room was clean enough. Bathroom was average. Location is not so bad. It's good hotel for the price .

Nice hotel so far, friendly staff and quite nice rooms

When we arrived after 5 hours of land travel and more than 1 hour of plane travel we were told that we do not have an accommodation as it was cancelled back Sept. This was fixed in 30 minutes after contacting trip.com. We were put in room 201 for the first night and were transferred to 203 the next day without any valid reason. That part is ok but that makes us unpacked and packed twice which was a bit of a hassle. Beddings are uncomfortable as it is extremely causing us itch and rashes due to bed mites. We have bug bites all over our legs and back. The staff are really helpful and polite. The next day we were told that the reservation had no breakfast included which was not the case. They resolved it anyway but the hassle of contacting trip.com customer service is something especially if you have planned this way ahead of time

Tiny room, no wardrobe, staff annoyed when you asked for them to clean room, breakfast finished at 7:30am! Bedding so overused they’re fading away

The staff was great. They allow us check out late without charging us. The location is great. I was very happy with my stay.
