!!! We really enjoyed the two days at the hotel
!!!The service is kind and fast (a fault with the TV was fixed within 5 minutes...), the breakfasts are amazing with plenty of food and all the dishes are extremely delicious
.
The shower is not well built (the entire floor area is completely wet...) but the rest of the room is wonderful. The cultural evening (a performance by the "Hebrew Negroes" was extremely exciting (we danced until we were exhausted...), although the second evening was weak in comparison.

Мы не в первый раз в гостинице, очень нам здесь нравится. В этот приезд мы получили улучшенную комнату, с огромным матрасом, с кофе машиной , халатами , видом на море . Реально соответствует фото на сайте. Спа обновляется, на данный момент нет только хамама , но это никак не влияет на отдых. Очень хорошая сауна, большая и светлая, современный дизайн. Очень красивый внешний бассейн. Еда на любой вкус. Персонал очень дружелюбный, официанты работают оперативно и с душой. Отдельная благодарность вечернему менеджеру Алона , все вопросы решались быстро и с душой, улыбчивый и прекрасный человек. Так же хотим отметить Валеру и горничных . Рекомендуем и ставим 5 баллов!👌

Мы с супругой неоднократно были в этой гостинице, и всегда с удовольствием возвращаемся. Главный плюс это отсутствие детей, сравнительная тишина, прекрасная кухня, еда разнообразная и приготовлена очень профессионально. Если даже случаются какие-то неудобства, они устраняются очень быстро и в любое время суток. Особенно радует не только близкое расстояние к мёртвому морю, но и наличие великолепного большого пресного бассейна и Спа, который находится на стадии обновления. А так же хотим отметить очень уважительное отношение к посетителям обслуживающего персонала, всегда приветливый и стараются обслужить клиентов быстро и качественно. Отдельное спасибо вашему администратору Алона и мы будем приезжать всегда именно в этот отель. Спасибо большое за чудесный отдых.

Приезжаем не первый раз . На данный момент Спа закрыт на ремонт, но это не портит впечатление. Море рядом, бассейн , процедуры , отменные массажисты. Вкусно кормят , богатый выбор . Хорошее обслуживание персонала , в частности вечерний администратор Алона, чуткое отношение к гостям. Гостиница чистая. Приятная музыка. Мы довольны

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sauber und sehr liebevolles/ fürsorgliches Personal... alle Unklarheiten konnten, selbst welche die nichts angehen, (z.B wegen Parkzettel) haben die für uns geklärt und Rechnungen beglichen(wir konntenes den in bar geben, habe so etwas noch nie erlebt)... die kommen einem sehr entgegen... und glaubt mir, ich habe Erfahrung- bin das 6. Mal in Israel

Сегодня прибыли в отель. В кабале во время оформления выяснилось , что спа не работает , так как идет ремонт . Хотя на сайте ביחד בשבילך , где мы бронировали номер ничего о ремонте не было сказано. Шум от дрели , вообщем ужас! Служащая , которая работает в кабале отвечает , как будто делает одолжение .
