The Caesar in Eilat was the most disappointing hotel for me during my 25 days of sightseeing in Israel. From the environment to the facilities and the attitude of the staff, it is completely different from Caesar in Tiberias. The hotel environment is extremely ordinary, completely inconsistent with the level it is marked on, and the room facilities are outdated. The first thing I noticed when I checked in was that the balcony door was broken. I called and asked for repairs. The repairman was very nice but they had to go back and forth several times to get tools and it took more than an hour to fix it. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor, and the room given seems to be a room on the podium floor, and the corridor is crowded. The breakfast environment is also noisy and the food is not rich. Fortunately, we only booked one night and moved to another hotel nearby the next day.

Hotel in a good location near the central pedestrian street and the marina, clean, tidy room, with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, clean lobby, pleasant to sit in, 4 active and clean elevators, breakfast and dinner, abundant selection of clean and very tasty food, hot and cold drinks available, clean pool, contains less space than the number of people staying at the hotel. Quick room check-in, good and fast attitude and service from all the staff at the reception, in the dining room, at the pool, available at all times.

Above expectations for the price and level . Nice staff . Clean . Cosy. My son was injured and they came every day to take care the injured.. the breakfast was also fine and the holiday dinner was also nice . Room we got was nice and renovated. Service was quick

The room was pleasant snd well kept, with all the necessary amenities (coffee and tea, water kettle, refrigerator, etc.) The selection and quality of food was very good at both the evening and morning meals The view from the balcony added character, showing the nearby mountains

Family friendly 4 star hotel. Staff is very nice and accommodating, and willing to help out on most any issue. We were on 4th floor with view both to pool and the Gulf of Eilat which was very nice. Clean. Great showers! Good and abundant breakfast with decent variety. Friday night Shabbat dinner was very generous with lots of food. Nice atmosphere in lobby. A few minute walk to beach and promenade. No food room service. The phone reservation receptionist could be more user / sales friendly. Called a few times ahead of arrival, and got quite an apathetic receptionist. At the hotel though as mentioned all of the staff member were very nice and accommodating. Wheelchair accessible, would be nice if they had some more accessible rooms. Having said that we needed a wheelchair for my 90 year old mom, and the Hotel had one, and let us use it free of charge for the duration of our stay.

Very nice hotel. Good varied food for every taste, nice kid’s area, with many things. Hotel is not very big which makes it better. The staff is amazing - helpful staff who immediately helped solve any problems that arose. Special thanks to Liel and Racheli. The location of the hotel was great, being only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Room very clean balcony facing the lagoon

Шейна прекрасный администратор нам так понравилось она дала номер два рядом и два с видом на шикарный залив, еще подарила талон на обед на семью. Заселила в 13:00 хотя заселение у 15:00. Отдых был с двумя маленькими детьми. В ресторане было чисто и вкусно, . Расположен отель близко ко всему. Очень понравилось. Еще нам дали велосипед они бесплатно,
