Location is great. Not in central which we prefer. Closer to the great beaches and dive centers. Rooms are good value. Food is good. We did the breakfast which is way too crowded but good. Service - they try and you feel it that the are trying. They care. Not always successful though.

This is another of my many stays at this good hotel. However, the quality has somewhat a liitle declined recently. I'll try to explain. First of all, in my previous review, I gave it a very poor rating because of certain events that spoiled my stay. And yet, I went back and tried again because the view on the sea is simply breathtaking and unforgettable. I also want to thank "Yam" at the front desk, who was exceptional and went out of her way to help me with the room (yes, there was another problem, like last time, but Yam fixed it), and "Shawit", who every morning made my cappuccino just the way I like it (which is not easy) and with a warm smile. Thank you both! So, let's get to the heart of the matter: The positives: The sea view, as I wrote, is magnificent, even stunning, just look at the pics. the heated pool (yes, heated) is big enough for everyone, the breakfast which I liked very much, although it will also appear in my negatives, and the room, also in the positives and negatives, both of which explain my average rating of 3 stars. Take a look at the photos to see the positives, and I'll tell you about the negatives now. Cons: The rooms: It seems that time has affected the mattresses, which have become too soft. Every morning, I woke up with a low back pain. The pillows are also a problem. There are two enormous pillows, and my neck suffered as well. If we get two pillows, why not give us two of different sizes? Not everyone is two meters tall. Finally, the shower in the room is still problematic: even if you like hot water, it's sometimes lukewarm, sometimes scalding hot, and very painful. I've already mentioned this problem in my previous reviews, but it seems to be a basic and irreparable problem at this hotel. Breakfast: Even though I like it. The selection was not as good as before. There was a smaller selection of cheeses, cakes, and other dishes and this was definitely a disappointment. By the way, I didn't use the gym this time because my last experience was disastrous and the same attendant still worked there. So I preferred to avoid any further misunderstandings and skipped my daily training sessions, to be on the safe side ;-). In summary, a fairly decent hotel, but the bedding should be improved, and the hot water as well.

Beautiful renovated hotel with 2 lovely swiming pools, gym, and more, nice diving beach opposite the hotel, very good breakfast and very helpful staff. Goldi and Shlomi from customer service were amazing . We will certainly book this hotel again within a year.

Had an amazing 5 days vacation in this great hotel! Led by Itay the managing director, Osnat the PR manager and Meital the Reception manager all with a smile and always looking to be make our holiday as perfect as it should be! We will definitely come back again soon!

A great place to relax near to the beach. A very friendly staff (thank you Itsik from the reception and Zoltan at the swimming pool!), in a calm area with fast access to the coral reserve area. The breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed a lot from the staying. We will sure come back!
