Nous avons réservé une grande chambre familiale. L’hôtel était blindé à notre arrivée, ceux qui travaillaient étaient débordés et n’avais à peine le temps de nous écouter. Nous avons demander une chambre avec terrasse et vu sur la piscine et nous avons recu une chambre sans terrasse avec vu sur un MUR. Nous sommes actuellement encore à l’hôtel et la chambre est déplorable, la moquette est tachée de partout on dirait que quelqu’un a vomi sur chaque recoins du sol. C’est inadmissible et cela ne donne pas envie de dormir ici. Nous avons deux bébés et la prise du téléphone était complètement dehors avec les fils électrique à l’air. La fenêtre ne se ferme pas ce qui est très dangereux avec des enfants aussi. Nous avons demander à changer de chambre mais impossible d’obtenir raison. La piscine est pleine à craquer et les beds pour s’allonger sont déjà mouillés et sales. La piscine pour bébé est caché à l’ombre sur meme pas un mètre tout le reste est au soleil. Que faire ici avec des enfants ? Le seul point qui a l’air positif c’est les animateurs. Malgré ça c’est la première fois que nous venons avec nos enfants et ça sera la dernière fois.

Meisi, the beautiful person who manage the hotel lobby, is a devoted and a loyal employee. She is kind and always helps the customers. The hotel is great. The food is really good, the service and the entertainment. We will definitely will come back

We had such a pleasure time spending in this amazing hotel. As a family with mature children everyone had a place of his own for example, a Tennis court, ping pong and a gym. So if you want to have an amazing time of relaxing but at the same time do some fun activities like these then this is the right place for you to come. The food is delicious and consist such a large diversity of dishes. The hotel is clean and the housekeepers are so nice and polite having such a big smile on their faces as they are happily serve you and clean and organize the room.
