A Few Kinks But a Nice Time - As Always.
This was a return visit for us. We always enjoy our stay. This time we had a series of unforeseen glitches. Hotel management (kudos to Hadar!!!!) was very responsive in making sure problems were resolved. Food selections did not seem as varied as in the past, but was good and plentiful.

Meisi, the beautiful person who manage the hotel lobby, is a devoted and a loyal employee. She is kind and always helps the customers. The hotel is great. The food is really good, the service and the entertainment. We will definitely will come back

We had such a pleasure time spending in this amazing hotel. As a family with mature children everyone had a place of his own for example, a Tennis court, ping pong and a gym. So if you want to have an amazing time of relaxing but at the same time do some fun activities like these then this is the right place for you to come. The food is delicious and consist such a large diversity of dishes. The hotel is clean and the housekeepers are so nice and polite having such a big smile on their faces as they are happily serve you and clean and organize the room.

Очень комфортный отель , обслуживание на лучшем уровне . Если нужна помощь они всегда прийдут и помогут , если срочно нужно что то объяснять где и что , супер номера уборка лучшим образом . Есть сауна , джакузи, огромный спортзал с хорошими тренажерами, есть 2 бассейна один детский другой большой , есть теннисный корд , есть развлечения для детей по вечерам , фильмы -мультики представления , музыканты с живой музыкой .Возвращаюсь уже не первый раз каждый раз супер отдых и обслуживание ❤️🔥🔥🔥

Гостиница для семейного отдыха, номера просторные для 3 , еда разнообразная, было хорошо . Но небольшая и простая ситуация нас огорчила очень Мы хотели встретиться с близкой родственницей вечером в пятницу но её не пустили во внутрь и никакие наши просьбы не помогли мы встретили полное равнодушие и нежелание дать нам побыть вместе несколько часов и нам пришлось выйти из гостиницы и для себя понять что тут человеческие понятия их не интересуют
