Royal Beach Eilat by Isrotel Exclusive

The response was edited from 3 stars and dropped to 1 star!!! Simply shocking, no response from the front desk, no room service, except for drinks and a fruit platter. No response when calling, just sad and disappointing. The lobby restaurant closes early. We arrived on a couple's vacation. We tried to coordinate things in advance for the sake of comfort and staying at the hotel. We were not considered at all. We arrived in the evening after check-in, we contacted the call center/reception several times to get help with the room location. The staff was not attentive and considerate, we informed them that a representative was supposed to get back to us in the next few minutes and that the matter would actually be resolved after over two hours of waiting for a call. The beginning of a vacation with not the best energies, solely due to the hotel's service. Not typical of the Isrotel chain. Hope this is a one-off event. In terms of food and room cleanliness, everything was excellent. A large selection of good quality food. There is a problem with parking in the area. The hotel offers a small number of parking spaces. Please note that parking around the hotel costs money. We booked what was supposed to be a new and modern suite, but when we arrived, everything looked very old-fashioned. During our five-day stay, the sink got blocked twice, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. They promised us parking, but when we got there, they said there weren’t enough spots available, so we had to find parking ourselves and pay extra every day. The staff were not very friendly. It felt like they only paid attention to certain guests, especially those who seemed more "high class." Overall, this really affected our vacation and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Excellent hotel. Close to the sea and shopping centers. Quality and perfect food. Clean and cozy hotel. The staff helps with every request. When the hotel is busy there is a parking problem but they find a solution nearby.Beautiful and clean rooms. Bathrooms with all the amenities.
