The room was large and clean with a balcony facing the pool and the sea. The bed was wide and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the room. The shower and toilet are clean and tidy. From the direction of the room you could see Aqaba from afar. The dining room is large, the selection of breakfast and dinner was rich and there was a dilemma about what to choose. Adjacent to the hotel is a large swimming pool. You can reach the beach in a short walk. A short walk from the hotel is the promenade, and within a short walk you can reach two shopping malls. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Le seul bémol le restaurant principal où l’on prend le petit déjeuner et le Chabbat.beaucoup de choix surtout en salé mais pas très bon

Les transats à la piscine sont toujours cassés et on se casse le dos dessus à chaque fois qu'on s'y allonge. Les boissons froides au petit déjeuner I existantes : eau du robinet ou faux jus d'orange plus proche du poison que de la boisson et rien.... Le ménage pitoyable dans les chambres où coulures de boissons sur les meubles et les murs sont là depuis des décennies. Bruits d'appareils en permanence qui font que le sommeil n'est pas serein. Poussière sous tous les meubles et au plafond.... Les employés sont gentils et serviables heureusement. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais toujours le même depuis 20 ans. Aucune évolution. L'hôtel est tout juste au niveau d'un 4 étoiles basique. Tout juste... Les propriétaire le savent mais Israël c'est comme une île, il n'y a pas de choix autour alors ils en profitent Le lieu est tellement beau dommage

Herods palace more like Herods hostel
Very poor condition, we changed the room because of broken shower, cigarettes were all over the terrace, the furnitures are full of stains, the food section is full of dirt (chairs and tables) that’s not even close to be a hotel that asking for 500$ per night.
It’s the 7th time we’ve visited this hotel and the last one.

Probably the worst experience I ever had
Service was so bad that is not even possible to grade.
The condition of the hotel is very old.
If I just took a look in online reviews on this hotel I would never go there.
This was probably the worst stay I ever had in Israel in my whole life.
