Candlewood Suites West Edmonton - Mall Area Reviews

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean. However, there were a couple of downsides to our experience. The pool was quite small and shared with the hotel next door, so it got really crowded over the weekend. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for the kids to enjoy their swim, especially after a long day out when they were looking forward to unwinding before bedtime. Another issue was the slow WiFi, which made it frustrating when trying to stream a movie at night—it kept buffering. That being said, the overall experience was great. The cleanliness and hospitality stood out, and we would definitely consider coming back during the slow season when we might have a better chance to enjoy the pool and improved WiFi.

It is so comfortable and clean, the ambiance was so perfect and quiet.

It's pretty good. It has a small kitchen, a pretty big bathroom, and an underground garage.
