They have a comfortable bed where you can get a good sleep at night to relax after your travel. The room size is large compare to other hotels we’ve check in before. The air conditioner is awesome too for hot summer stay compare to other hotels which has a very old and noisy portable aircon. This is our second stay and we will still choose this hotel everytime we will visit edmonton. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is in a great location. If you're going to an event at Roger's you're literally there. I want to thank Gloria and Trisha for making this family outing one to remember. The rooms are new looking and modern. The fitness facility is a legit full size real gym like a 24 hour fitness. The room cleaning service is fantastic.

4 of 5 sisters finally organized a trip that worked for everyone !! We try to get together to celebrate our milestone birthdays One turned 65 and another 60 last year and next year another one will be 65 and the baby 55. One of our sisters passed away at 53 so we went to Edmonton to celebrate together with her two kids and their families as well as other family there too. Staying at the mall was the perfect place for us to stay together with 2 adjoining rooms .. Convienent shopping, food , amenities and we even played bingo as we always tried to do with our Mom when she was still around ..we did find the rooms a little dark for us old gals to apply make up but I guess we all look better in ambient lighting anyway !!!

August 2024 This is my second time staying here, it is conveniently close to West Edmonton Mall being approx. a 10 minute drive. I got a family room that had two king beds and a pull out sofa to have my daughter and a couple of her friends have a birthday sleepover. The room was very spacious with two tv's and a partial wall that divided the two bed area's. The waterslide is a fun option for kids but the pool is not very big so kids that come down the slide end up smashing in to kids trying to swim. It is not a good pool for swimming, more so just for the fun of the slide unless it's not busy. Both of the times I stayed here the pool is way too overcrowded. We ended up leaving this time because of obnoxious kids without any parent supervision getting very pushy on the slide and in the pool. The breakfast that is included is decent. There is a good place to have supper just across the parking lot called the Homefire Grill.
