Staff was rude and tried to take money at check in. Requested an extra £60 to check in to our 4 person room. Bathroom had dust on all of the fixtures and cleaning people ignored a do not disturb sign.

Nice, peaceful room.
On a bus route. Just bit further out of town from Edinburgh Zoo. Friendly welcome at the door as we arrived. Nice clean quiet room with double bed & single bed, & en-suite with shower & bath. Nice views out over garden. Peaceful night. Very helpful hosts. Hopefully we will be back.
