The location was convenient for sightseeing in Edinburgh.
The bus to the airport stopped right in front of the hotel, which was helpful.
The elevator was out of order, but the staff helped us carry our luggage.
All the staff were very nice!
The room was a bit small with bunk beds.
Also, the heating was too strong and it was hot.
It may have just been that I didn't know how to operate it, but it seemed like the central heating couldn't be adjusted.

The room is old but clean. However, the elevator was being replaced so it was out of service. You have to go up the stairs from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor. Also, the WiFi in the room was out of service, so I asked the staff for help but they didn't fix it. I tried it in another place but the speed was very inconsistent and the video was choppy so it was unusable. Also, if you get a room on the road side, the noise from the trams etc. is very loud (almost no soundproofing) so you can't sleep at all.
