Unfortunately i was unable to find the car park, so I park on the sea front try phoning the hotel and no answer .£12 in parking . Toilet wouldn't flush i did report but nothing was done . Wall paper hanging off . But breakfast was good .

Friendly and welcoming were we received and the rooms offered all the necessary amenties. It was clean, quiet for those who had their rooms far away from the elevator. Due to the age of the hotel I was not surprised of the noises the floor makes and the outdated interiors. The location is perfect, just watch out the street. The breakfast was a buffet and had rhe basic dishes. Keep in mind everything is self service, and there ia no cook to make you eggs.

Very dirty room. So many stains on the walls and floor and everywhere. Seemed like they never did any deep cleaning. There was a used napkin on the floor under the radiator when we arrived. The room was extremely warmer than outside. Was so difficult to sleep in such a warm room. And there was no fan. We stayed there for two nights and they didn’t do any housekeeping. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The building is so old, but it could be maintained a lot better. The windows, the lift, the carpet could all be renovated. The bed was too small for two people. The breakfast was ok. Most staff were nice and polite. The bedding and towels were clean.

The hotel service is good. The room facilities are a little old, but they are small but complete. We were given a corner room with two windows, which is much more comfortable! One window can see the sea, and the other window can see the street view. I am very satisfied~ The bathroom is small but the dry and wet separation is also good. The breakfast is a simple English breakfast, which is good! The hotel is in a good location, opposite the seaside and not far from the train station. There are two small elevators, but it is good to have an elevator!
