A very clean house with a compact layout. The front desk was very friendly. My room had a view of the sea, which was beautiful. The only downside was that the windows were old and could only be opened a little.

The family sea view room we booked was a room with only two 0.8m wide beds, not a sea view room. The room had just been painted and smelled bad. We contacted Ctrip customer service immediately, which was very efficient. They quickly contacted the hotel to solve the problem. Ctrip did a good job in this regard, and we are very grateful to the customer service who helped us solve the problem that night. However, the hotel no longer had a family room. We arrived too late that day, so we asked them to add a single room. We found that only the room we were given smelled of paint. We were so angry. Everyone wanted to rest early, so we didn't argue. Although both the store and Ctrip apologized, it can't make up for such a big mistake. In general, Eastbourne is relatively remote. If you want to live well, you should go to Brighton. This hotel is the only hotel I found on Ctrip that is suitable for our family. This hotel is a bit like a homestay built by villagers in a seaside village. It is impossible to manage it well. Please consider it yourself. The whole process can feel that Ctrip is also helpless.

The location is good, close to the sea. The room is relatively small, but it is very clean and the shower water is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.
