Very clean friendly and well
Kept hotel/B&B. Mattress was soft for my taste but no complaints. Breakfast was excellent with great service.
Highly recommended and lovely place to stay and I will definitely stay again.

I stayed at The New England overnight whilst visiting Family and Friends in Eastbourne. Audrey was very friendly and and accommodating and called me by name at ll times which immediately put me at ease and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and tidy and I had a great night's sleep even though I don't usually sleep well the first night in a new place. The breakfast was great (see pictures) and I would definitely book again for my future visits to Eastbourne.

Excellent hosts and fantastic stay
Brid and Derek were excellent hosts and made us feel so welcome. The hotel was in a great location, clean, and plenty of parking around.

Eastbourne Tennis
Nice hotel just off sea front, limited parking, but managed to park on street nearby. You need to pre-order breakfast by 8pm the night before. Breakfast was fantastic, really good quality. Not many places to eat nearby, need to walk along the seafront about 1/2 mile to the area.

A great place to relax.
The overall experience was excellent. The proprietors were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was attractively decorated and furnished. The bedroom was very comfortable with its own spacious balcony overlooking the sea. the breakfasts were excellent.
