Avoid this place at all costs. The manager is shockingly rude and treats guests with utter disrespect—zero sense of customer service. The mattress was horrendous, like sleeping on springs. This is not a restful stay but a regrettable experience. Eastbourne has better options—don’t waste your money here.

Very enjoyable 2-night stay in my comfortable, single room accommodation located on the top floor, with en-suite bathroom. The room provided ample drawers & hanging space; flat screen tv; wifi; tea/coffee making facilities; bedside unit with lamp. Breakfast is available in the basement dining area - if not included in your booking, you can arrange breakfast the night before by completing a form in the reception area and leaving it for the staff to collect. Conveniently located within 5 mins walking distance to the beach front, and approx 15-20 mins walk to/from Eastbourne train station. Also within 10 mins walking reach to the Pier bus-stop, for bus services heading along the coast towards Brighton. Friendly welcome provided by host.

Great place
Great location, about 1 minute from seafront.
Friendly and helpful host.
Room very comfortable with ample tea, coffee and bottled water.
Extensive breakfast choice, including a lovely full English.
Highly recommend the Reymar and would certainly stay again if in the area

A good place to stay 👍
Good clean B&B, friendly staff, quiet location on the sea front. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town or the theatre. Free parking close by.
