Very satisfied, the room is very clean, and the couple who run the hotel are very enthusiastic! ! The breakfast is also delicious, there is a menu and you can choose. Very surprising hotel.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated with lovely bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The breakfast was better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in. The hosts were helpful and very accommodating. The " igloo" in the garden was a great place to relax on comfortable sofas and read. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to have two sorts of pillow, both were very hard which tended to give me back ache so a softer option have been nice. A great stay though!

This is by far the best boutique hotel I’ve stayed at! The location is perfect, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and absolutely delicious. The hosts were warm and friendly, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere . I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay.

This was our second stay at the Ravilious with friends and we were looked after like family. Our room was beautiful, breakfasts were excellent as were the cocktails. Great central location in Blackwater road with easy walking to restaurants and theatres

Our stay at Ravilious was excellent. The location is very good. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and 2 theatres. Our room was lovely, and was cleaned daily with tea supplies restocked. I had a delicious cooked breakfast each morning and could help myself to the breakfast buffet. Everything was to a high standard. Caroline and Chris were the most attentive and pleasant hosts and could give us advice with their local knowledge The cocktails in the bar were the best too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Rav Hotel. Chris & Caroline were so welcoming right from the moment I pulled up to park my car. The rooms were super clean & the cleaning team very flexible around my schedule. The breakfast was perfect. The best eggs of all time. Chris & Caroline were so accommodating with my request to have the music turned off in the breakfast room. This is my number 1 choice of hotel for my stays in Eastbourne.

Another happy stay at the Ravilious. I feel quite at home there, and always feel welcome and well looked after. I was pleased to see that a blind had been fitted in the bathroom of the single room - I did suggest that on a previous visit. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here - lovely house, excellent peaceful location, very good breakfast, pleasant hosts.
