The most special thing is the Front Desk. The lady asked me to give them ten pounds if I wanted to check in early!!!! It was easy for me and my tenants to stay in a room. The arrangement of furnishings in the room causes many inconveniences to the guests.
Insufficient water pressure, shower curtain too short, poor ventilation, and the room felt unclean.

This hotel is located mere moments from the seafront which is perfect for that peaceful getaway and walks along the seafront.
I booked this hotel very last minute and at a low cost thanks to it being last minute and being a high member on a booking site - this was remarked the moment I arrived which I don’t think was polite etiquette other than that, the welcome was quite nice
There is a very old lift here if you require it - I asked kindly for a room with a view if possible and they provided a room at the front of the top floor with views over the garden which was kind of them
The room was small but nice enough, a kettle was provided but no tea/coffee which were available at reception! My issue with the place is the cleanliness, I walked into the room to an extremely long hair laying on the bed followed by numerous places in the bathroom and even under one of the coffee cups which is a further reason for the drop in rating

We had to stay one night in Eastbourne and ended up here. It is fortunate we did not have to spend more than a night in this hotel. While staff were friendly, this is a depressing place. In particular, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Not recommended.
