Albert & Victoria Guest House

This is a lovely b and b. The owners are very welcoming. We arranged to leave our bags with them as we arrived early and they were in our room when we got back later. The room was very clean. It is up a lot of stairs as it’s a Victorian house but we knew that in advance. All rooms named after children of Queen Victoria! We were in Leopold. Water bottles and 2 chocolates in room which was refreshed daily. The room had a fridge which was very useful. It’s very close to the beach. Breakfast chosen the night before -form left in the room. It was very tasty and the coffee was very good. I’d definitely recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful Victorian-style guest house was simply unforgettable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and refreshing, and the coffee was truly unforgettable — the perfect way to start each morning. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the sea, and only about a 10-minute drive to the stunning Beachy Head of Seven Sisters cliffs! A perfect blend of timeless beauty, comfort, and seaside charm — we can’t wait to return.

I recently stayed at this incredibly stylish hotel and had a fantastic experience. Both the guest room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax right away. The retro-style design throughout the hotel gives it a unique attitude and character that sets it apart — it feels thoughtful and full of personality. The breakfast selection was also excellent, offering a great variety to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my stay so enjoyable — I look forward to visiting again!

Nice little B&B just back from the sea front. It’s a quirky little place with 6 rooms all beautifully appointed. The place is spotlessly clean and freshly painted. Nice touches in the room for example bottled water, well presented tea tray and even a bottle opener and wine glasses (which we made use of!) You pre order breakfast which is fine but the food could have been presented a bit warmer and a few more choices would have been nice, but that’s just nit picking!! Overall a great find!

Just stayed the one night as we were in the area to attend an event. Conveniently placed location with a spacious room and a great breakfast. Welcoming host.
