I booked to stay one night with my father. Their staff are so amazing they changed the room immediately as my father could not walk too ***y stairs. So I would like to say their staff and hospitality is top notch. The room was really nice however there was a sound that came from the kitchen exhaust which was like a generator. So until the kitchen shut at 10pm this noise was there. This is the only negative part of my stay. The other suggestion I have is to have some room to do exercises or games room or something. Its an amazing property. Loved it.

My experience in this location is of another level. Best supporting staff, excellent service and most appreciated part of this location is the managers who are managing this hotel, simply out of the box and stupendous. This is one fo the best hotel i can say, we can see the beautiful view of Kanchanjunga from the hotel, Hotel is neat and clean and best in the class. All staff are very cooperative and sensible. Specially the front office Aarti/Mahi is very polite and cooperative, we felt like our own place and enjoyed and lot with variety of food and othe acivities like Karoke, DJ nite etc. Even the staff was also enjoyed in dance and made our days very memorable. We will recomend this hotel to every one.
